Had very pleasant experience last night. James and Mo went above and beyond to make sure my loan was finalized last minute and in record time. My situation may very from others of course, but that didn’t stop them from staying late and providing the uncommon and much appreciative customer service thats so hard to find these days. Cheers guys if your reading this ✌🏼

I am extremely grateful for the support I've received from the two Korean gentlemen at Northwest Community. Their ability to communicate with me in my native language has been invaluable in helping me manage my finances. From securing the best rates for my CDs to managing my checking accounts and taking advantage of the concierge service they provide, their assistance has been exceptional. I'm also impressed by their active involvement in the community and appreciate the organization's commitment to supporting local initiatives. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Space is nice and clean and plenty of parking. Glad a branch was opened in Cedar Hill! It's a much more convenient location for me.

The employees here are very nice and have been very helpful.

Branch seems nice and working to appeal to the type of person this area of Beaverton may or may not have nearby to be members and business account holders.

Previously this institution shared space up the Blvd with Unitus but both have moved on.

The ATM is great as a Co-Op customer but it is disabled for after hours access (apparently) unless you are a NCCU member.

If your credit union is in the CoOp, OnPoint, First Tech, and Rivermark ATMs in this large shopping center are available at all hours for withdrawal and deposit transactions. 🤷‍♂

Went to deposit a check from work that is known to not be readable in the machine so it must be done manually by a teller. I was told they can’t do that (even though I’ve done it half a dozen times now) and when I said that she switched her story to “no one presently working can do it”, how is that possible? Everyone should be trained to do such a simple banking task? This was extremely inconvenient because I will now have to wait until Monday to attempt this again!

They need to give access after hours to the ATM for Northwest Customers that is in the front lobby like swipe your ATM card to get in that area only .... just drove from Seaside an did not know it did not have outside ATM for after hours and closed ATM like the other branches do ....
