Great customer service! Prompt delivery, and beautiful flowers.

My fiancé always gets my flowers from here. He will not go anywhere else because of their customer service and reasonable pricing. I received birthday flowers two weeks ago and only a few of the blooms have died at this point.

I have used Fort Smith Florist for many years and they have always done a great job with beautiful flowers and always delivered when I asked for and sometimes on very short notice

We went in and ask him how to take care of a couple plants that I have received from a funeral and he let me know all about them

We like this shop. It is locally owner/operated. We actually met the owner when we went in. He let us pick out our individual flowers to make our own bouquet and was nice enough to arrange it, which given a 2 and 4 year old were helping pick flowers/colors was absolutely helpful. I also thought the price was really good. My husband has bought flowers from him before as well.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is some flowers looked like they wouldn't last long before wilting. We typically try to buy flowers that are still closed/ just opening so they are good a week or two.

Manager was rude, product was amazing. Woman working the front was amazing.

My dad ordered flowers to be delivered on the day before Valentine's Day- one dozen roses. They were delivered in the ugliest vase I had ever seen- this horrible white plastic vase. But the flowers themselves were very pretty, and I just changed out the vase when I got home.

As soon as Monday (THREE DAYS after being delivered), half of the bouquet of roses were wilting. And I know how to make flowers last. I change the water daily and trim the end of the stems often. I have seen Harp's roses hold up twice as long as these roses. In fact, I bought a bouquet of white roses at Harp's the Monday before Valentine's Day and all but one rose still looks presentable. None of them are wilted. And I have had them for 10 days. I have had the roses from Fort Smith Florist for 6 days.

So I called the florist and politely told them I was displeased with the roses and that they were already wilting. The lady stated (and I quote), "Well, we try to get the freshest flowers, but we can't please everyone." And then hung up on me!

My husband also orders flowers from there to give to me, and I can assure you neither my dad or my husband will be ordering from there ever again.

Word of mouth is a powerful thing. Please take your business somewhere else. Where it is at least appreciated.

We got to the shop and they said they were closed but the online hours were different. If you want business update your hours online. Won’t be coming here again for sure.
