Hello,I have bought several vehicles from Rick's and they stood behind the Volvo, Altima and Cadillac STS.my husband has had work done on his 03 Chevy avalanche Z71 and we were well please with the work they have done, the price Rick charge was very understandable and my husband like the work they do, they are very good on the prices on the work they do on the vehicles we have taken there.
They are nice and will always work on our vehicle's. The mechanics and the crew there are very knowledgeable and easy to work with when it's comes to treating you right and doing the what is best for the customer.

Everyone I worked with at Rick's are wonderful human beings-- good to their word professionals, very hard working (especially Tiffany and Adam - the Wizard of Art! ). Thank you for taking on my grim-looking vehicle restoration and bringing it back to life at a whole new level !!

Definitely the best place I’ve bought parts from for my 06 Honda Accord. Charlie always knows how to handle business and is very great with communication and doesn’t sugar coat anything. Would recommend Ricks to anyone looking for parts and mechanical work

Rick's auto used auto parts is a very good place to get used car parts,I learned through them by my wife, my 03 Chevy avalanche Z71 truck needed Air Flow sensor and my wife said let me call Rick's and see if they can work on it,I am in a wheelchair and I can't stand at all,I don't trust know one messing with my truck unless I knew you knew what you were doing,I have been mess over by so many people and it's hard for me to trust someone.so I took to Rick's and met Tiffany and she explained to me it will couple of days for the mechanic to put it on the machine and could I leave it.so couple of days went by and my wife said Tiffany called from Rick's and my truck was fixed.since that day I recommend Rick's mechanic to all .

Good they were the only one who had the bench seat I needed for my Chevy s10 pickup truck. I'll definitely refer them to anyone who needs parts for there vehicles and I'll go to them again for any parts I need for my vehicle's.

I called looking for a part, which they did not have in stock.
A couple hours later, I had already aquired the part, but a worker made sure to call me back, meaning they took the time to write down my number and what I needed, and he let me know they had received it.

I cannot review their products, but I can say they have amazing customer service.

Will be coming here for future needs.
