Dr. Bruton saved my life in 2015. I had undergone an ileostomy surgery, and I wasn’t able to eat or hold any medication down. Due to my surgery, I had temporary Anorexia. He informed the staff at UAMS to leave my IV in until I got transported back to Sparks. He gave me TPN bags every day, 12 hours daily for 4 months. I was almost a dead woman at 34, with 4 daughters and a husband at home during that time. I don’t think I’d be alive today, had he not visited my emergency room, that day. Also, due to my ostomy, I hadn’t been able to eat ice cream for almost 3 years, because I’d have an awful leak, EVERY TIME! He informed me that I needed to find the fattiest ice cream, and it has done the trick!
Also, I recently started seeing Dr. Kientz. He actually listened to me, and seemed genuinely concerned. He gives thorough checkups, and it had been quite some time since I’ve had a checkup that I didn’t walk out feeling worse than when I went in.
I only wish that lab work was done by the doctors, and I didn’t have to wait an extended amount of time for blood work. However, I’m not an easy stick, but the sweet young lady that does lab, she gets my blood, first poke, every time! That’s amazing for me, because I have the worst veins imaginable.

The staff is very friendly. The process of checking in can be a bit tedious but the staff is thorough and fairly quick. More parking would be nice but that has nothing to do with the services provided.

Laura at the front door is the greatest, always helping others in the door while we can park are cars. Very kind to my mom and I helping us get to were we are going.

Dr. Kaddoura is the best I would recommend him to anyone .He is very attentive .I trust him with my life .And his nurse is great also .

Never had any issues. Pleasant staff.

The girl with short dark hair who works at the desk for Doctor Arthur Johnson neurosurgeon has such a loud mouth! After being verified downstairs at the front desk twice checked into billing and then checked into x-ray and I have a bracelet on. She wants to yell out my full address when I try to give her just the street number she wants to yell out my full phone number when I just try to get for the last four numbers and when she takes phone calls from patients she yells out everything that's wrong with them she needs to close her loud mouth and learn how to be private

All I will say I was treated badly for 2 straight days. I have spoken with Governor Sanders and a personal attorney. If someone would like to explain why you treat patients this way the Ft Smith newspaper and 40/29 news will also be involved.

Human decency and good vibes ? Nah, you won't find those here. But if YOU like speaking while saying "good morning, thank you, and have a good day" to people who DON'T RESPOND AT ALL, then this is the place for you. 👍🏼 It's almost as if the people hate their jobs or the company they work for... 🤔

In with my in-home care client for his appointment today. We have been sitting at least 20 minutes prior to the 1:40 pm appointment and here it is 3:05 and we are still here having yet to be seen for the appointment. Makes no sense how so many degrees are in one building but no one can keep track of time

Came in for a doctors appointment and ended up being here all day just to have blood work. How is that? And if you already have all my information in your system why do I have to keep registering with you. You already have all my information. You really need to find a better system because this one is not working people have to go back to work after appointments and can not spend time waiting here all day just for this.

If I could give no stars I would... The absolute slowest place to have anything done.. If you have to have anything done here you might as well clear the rest of your day because it's going to take all day just to get in-and-out...

Over a 1.5 hour wait. My time is money and I don't have time to be wasting to see a cardiologist that they have triple booked. I know it is all about the money but Lord Jesus this ridiculous.
