The staff here are awesome.. all around. Thankful these professionals do what they do, because we all sure need it.

I’ve been going to this clinic since 2017. Brenda Crownover is the best counselor I’ve ever had. And having a psychiatrist (Love you Dr Carter!) to prescribe me in the same building is extra convenient. Dr Crownover is the first counselor I’ve been to that made me feel like she was listening and trying to help instead of just saying “chronic depression take some pills” and being done with it. She took my mental health concerns seriously and even researched and helped me find someone willing to test and diagnose me with autism as an adult. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful, going so far as to tell me they’ll be praying for me when I cancel due to illness and saying they’re happy I’m feeling better next time I come in. I cant think of anywhere more deserving of a 5 star review than this counseling clinic.

I can't speak for how this place operates with regard to customer service to clients, etc. as I've not been there, but I can tell you that when I called to obtain records for the APRN I work with, I got an answer immediately. Robyn was very nice and easy to work with, and I had the records five minutes later. Very efficient. To me, this is a good indicator of a place that is well run, so I would not hesitate to seek services if I needed them, and they were in my area of service.

They are always very kind and understanding, unlike some other places I have been.

There is a receptionist there That NEVER KNOWS WHAT SHES TALKING ABOUT. She is by far the least helpful person I've ever met. There was one time she even "forgot" to tell me that my insurance was somehow rejected. I'm not sure how she still works there! She's blonde with glasses that's all I know. She's clueless all the time! It ticks me off! I feel like going to that place and paying MY MONEY it should be informative and the receptionist their is clueless and every answer is "idk" . EVERYONE ELSE IS AWESOME!

It's an ok place to talk, but actually getting them to help you with mental disability understanding or mental health hospital, they won't help and brush off your request. I've tried for over two months to request help for an inpatient treatment, but gets a chuckle and 'See you next week or month'.

Loved the dr and counselor my daughter saw the one time another dr made the apt, but if no one answers the phone Ever, nor returns calls to make apts, they're no good to anyone.

The pharm management was so mean and had no empathy for anyone or anything that was told to them I was made to feel bad about my feelings that I shouldn’t be depressed or have anxiety!!! I’m already depressed and feeling bad about myself I didn’t need to be talked to like I was a dog .this was my second visit to the office ! I think they need to be better at choosing who they hire. You need to have compassion for the sick!! She had no sympathy and that could make a person to take there own life if she treats everybody like she treated me!!!

This place is terrible. They tell your business to everyone. They are rude & unpleasant to even talk too. Seems all they care about is Money. Will not ever schedule with them again.

Never tell a child you can't help them ...8 year old was so torn up after we left it hurt her soul...Not able to work with a child with autism or add..
