As a first time customer, I had an amazing experience. The staff was calm and friendly, something I have found lacking in many pharmacies. Taylor the pharmacist, made sure I got my medicine quickly and was very courteous. This is my new pharmacy. Goodbye Walgreens ✌

The owner personal called and dealt with the problems I was having. I’ve never had personal care with any other company like that. In my opinion you just don’t see or get that anymore nowadays. I would recommend this company for business.

I’ve been going to National for over 20 years. Jeff and the staff go above and beyond to help make sure you are treated like
family. They are always busy because they are such a popular business yet they still manage to treat their customers like their business is important. Quick, friendly and extremely helpful.

They aren’t lying about their sign, about filling prescriptions in 5 minutes or less. I’ve been with them for more than 10 years, and I’ve never waited long for my prescriptions, even when they are slammed busy. The staff is friendly, always smiling. Jeff and Thomas are great at helping you with solutions to any problem. They all go above and beyond the call of duty to help their clients. I couldn’t imagine using any other pharmacy, because why would I?!

All those who work both for & with him, benefit from his leadership & kind, open-hearted take on what it means to be a business Owner. ( not the least of which means requires The National Family to compete with the massive big-box stores. ) Every step inside the doors lets me know I’m NOT just a number! ( & if you’re in a hurry, you’ll likely be on your way home BEFORE “Big Box” calls your name out over the intercom. Give them your next prescription, you owe that much to yourself!

FAST, friendly service! I have been to every Walgreens, Wal-Mart, and Harp's pharmacy in town. I have had to wait hours for a simple anti-biotic prescription to get filled at all of the aforementioned locations.

National Family Pharmacy had me out the door within two (2) minutes. I went there straight from the doctor's office to boot. Simply put, this is the very best service that I have received from a pharmacy in Fort Smith. I would recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

I insist on going to National every time for my prescriptions since they will go to extremes to make sure that they find all the medicines I need to treat my cancer. One day they called everywhere until they found a special eye drop prescription I needed and then went and bought it from the other pharmacy for me. Thank you for being a great pharmacy!

These folks are the best. Very personable, I never even have to give them my information, they just know. And they're all pretty!

They have taken care of my needs,very satisfied with coustomer service, I can ask for my perscription and they have it already waiting for my face and name very bright group.. I ran out of my one pill I needed they didn't have any more fill up the doctor had to send over a refill they gave me one pill for that day until we got the doctor to approve it.it was all I needed.

I switched from a chain pharmacy to National Family Pharmacy a few years ago and have been happy with them since then. They are always fast and help with any questions I have.

One of the best pharmacy that I have been too here in Arkansas that treat me with respect and always have my medicine's ready for me when I get there to pick them up.
