Anderson's Discount Pharmacy

This is probably the only pharmacy in town that has never told me they didn’t have one of my medications. Walmart/Walgreens/etc., have all told me at one time or another that they didn’t have it or they couldn’t get it or they ran out or whatever else. I’ve never had that problem with Anderson’s. They’ve always had what I’ve needed. You can’t put a price on peace of mind like that!

Quick, clean, and quiet. All of my favorite Cu sounds. You all do a fantastic job, and may I say you treat your customers and providers so much better than your competitors who just might be right around the corner and do the exact opposite and talk to their customers and providers some would say...Oh I don't know, like children? Yes, like we're children, and don't know what some medications do or even how you should speak to someone who makes your salary in a day. Or even someone who doesn't make your salary in a lifetime. It doesn't matter because here you get treated the same because you're all here for the same reason. God Bless Fort Smith Arkansas. Thank you for being so friendly to us. We'll continue to do our best to be as patient and understanding with you as well. You are appreciated. Apologies for all the silly little questions btw. I've never taken that medication before and I didn't want anything blowing up.

It's a small pharmacy but it's well stocked.
The employees are friendly and if you come often they call you by your name.
It's literally big company service with a small company feel.
They have a drive-up window for those times you don't feel good enough to go into the store.
They accept every insurance I know of, even some Oklahoma state insurance.
A real all service pharmacy.

Andersons Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have been to! They really took the time to make sure everything was correct and they were very quick in filling my prescriptions! They took extra safety measures to make sure my family and I are safe! I would recommend Andersons to ANYONE! So glad to have them in town!

I have been coming to Anderson's for over 7 years now. Amy and her Dad are the nicest owners I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The Pharmacy techs are courteous (I don't know what the previous reviewer is talking about when they say they provide rude service).
They will even hold checks for you if you need time to pay for your medicine.
I am very pleased with their thoroughness and availability.

I went for the first time yesterday. I was having a hard time finding a pharmacy that had my sons medicine and took this new insurance without a waiting period. I was in and out in less than 20 min. I was impressed with this considering I was new there and it was 5pm and very busy. Thank you Anderson's!

A recent post regarding Anderson's Discount Pharmacy was brought to my attention and I would like to address what was said. On the first day I began work was also the first of the month which is the busiest time for the pharmacy. Amy Gibbons, the owner, was teaching the new employees and I how everything works within the pharmacy and what she expected from us. Amy has set expectations that she would like all of her employees to reach and these expectations are reasonable. Employees are expected to work at a fast pace and retain information quickly just like any other work environment. Overall, Amy Gibbons is an amazing owner who has expectations set for her employees and is a great instructor. Anderson's Discount Pharmacy is an amazing environment with friendly employees who would love to help out the people of our city.

Best pharmacy in the area Amy and Gary are the best and all the rest of the staff are nice and polite I've been going here since I can remember I miss woody so much he always would bend over backwards to help you I'm so glad Amy stepped in and took over she is just as nice as her father great job Anderson's pharmacy you all are the best#1 Pharmacy in town and surrounding areas give them a try you'll love the Down home politeness

This pharmacy has friendly hard workers they are efficient to the best of their ability it is usually very busy. An individual can get your medicine at home. Call Anderson's pharmacy and ask for free of charge delivery service to your front door. I love that they provide this service especially since I don't drive. Thanks Anderson's pharmacy!

The Staff and Owners are very professional and efficient. They are the only pharmacy that is locally owned and operated with the lowest cost of medications. Plus you don't have to wait in the long lines, like you do in the corporate pharmacies. Buy Local and Stay Local from our local business owners. I am very pleased with them.

I had to come by Anderson’s to pick up some prescriptions. I was out of town and needed them filled quickly, was in and out in ten minutes! So thankful for the kind and efficient staff.

Convenient location, only pharmacy open 8am-10pm 7 days a week. Excellent staff, Cortney is top of the line employee and is very knowledgeable. Only pharmacy I would use in the greater Fort Smith area.
