Just want to say thank you to the delivery driver that carried a box from Costco down a Snowed in Lane to my front porch today. Great service!

I live with my elderly mother and our Fed Ex driver Shawn is amazing. He always waits for my mom to get to the door( she uses a walker) and he helps her with any package of needed. Thank you Shawn for being amazing !!!

We live in Elgin and our deliver guy is amazing! We appreciate that everytime he comes he leaves treats for our dogs. It's just super sweet! Thank you!

No that's a busy place but they'll still come out and help you cause buzzing at the door they'll be right there to Suit your needs

FedeX usually does pretty good. Although I have a package now that has gone by my house 3 times... Eventually I suppose?

It would have been a 5 but they wouldn’t pick up at the hotel where I need them to.

Usually I get my packages on time but here it is almost 2 weeks late and everyday I get a text saying my package is delayed even longer. It's delayed due to weather yet rhey can deliver my amazon packages. I'm beyond passed. After arguing with customer service. They I was told my package never got put on the truck to be delivered so why did FedEx pull up to my house today and just sit in their truck and then leave. You have a job to do I suggest you start doing it correctly!!! My package is a urgent package for my son's surgery Tuesday but now it won't even be delivered until that day supposedly.

I always dread to learn that my package will be delivered by FedEx. Deliveries are always delayed for one reason or another, door tags are left and not associated to any delivery in their system. I call the number on the door tag and corporate tells me it's a scam, however, the local office says there was indeed a delivery attempt. Online tracking does not reflect the actual status of shipment. It's hard to be home if the tracking info says delayed in another state when it's actually local and a delivery is attempted. Get it together to provide your customers more accurate info on their deliveries. This would be extremely helpful to us! We could actually be home if the status said "out for delivery".
