The personnel at Reed and Associates have been exceptionally friendly and helpful, not to mention competent. When I was moving into the area, my mortgage officer told me about them, giving high recommendation for their services, and I was not disappointed! Their prompt helpfulness, combined with local knowledge and the very reasonable rates Ramona found for me, from an underwriter I had never even heard of but that really met my needs perfectly, make my highest recommendation easy to give.

I have been a customer with Reed and Associates since 2007 and have ALWAYS been treated with respect and Kevin and his crew have always searched for the best value for my needs. And they do an annual revue of rate changes and notify me of new better possibilities for my insurance needs. Further more I have always felt like family when I go into the office.

I was referred by several people a couple years ago to Reed & Associates a couple years ago when I was suddenly faced with multiple changes in my life and in need of multiple insurance needs and how to proceed. I was so confused. I walked in and had immediate help-information .was taken and an appointment set up. They were friendly and showed me options an helped me deal with the multiple agencies in getting my husband and my insurances set up. They send me reminders of things that I may need to deal with. Then I had changes occurring again for 2018 and help in finding a cheaper insurance I again was given help to find what was going to be the best this was done in a timely manner, with my agents help in a very easy going and quite helpful way. I find the agents at Reed & Associates very knowledgeable, courteous and responsive. I 'm a realtor I have sent at least a dozen clients to them when the client could not afford the home owners insurance, when buying a home. They have all switched from other insurance companies to Reed & Associates.
