No waiting when I got there for my appointment, except for the normal paperwork, they gave me a hearing test then set up my existing hearing aids. I was very pleased.

Great service. I walked in the door 2 minutes before closing and was created by two of the nicest and most helpful ladies. They helped me get my grandfather's hearing aid working. They made his day and helped to bring a quality of life that was missing without his hearing aid. Thank you very much!

I'm finally getting a new Phonaks waterproof Audio Life hearing Aides from Better Hearing Balance and Connection in Bentonville, Arkansas next week or longer in August 2022 I'm very very very excited to hear what I'm missing ‼ I still have a good Phonaks Milo Plus digital hearing Aides but I been losing my hearing just a little bit so it time to upgrade to Bluetooth waterproof Phonaks Life hearing Aides and I don't want to be sweating and rain storm and snow storm and dust and shampoo and tornadoes ruining my hearing Aides again and again .

The team there had to put up with my 1,000 questions. They exceed my expectations for patience with a patient.
