Jim is great to work with they don't usually stock the lumber size we use he ordered it in stayed in contact while it was coming in. Lumber was exactly what we needed gave us a accurate time frame.

Not customer friendly, only exception would be Ryan T. Unbelievable how a simple order could be turned into such a mess. No one was concerned on the impact it had on me the customer . If I were the owner I would either change the management or close the business.

Might have more business if you didn't hang up on people. I called twice. The first time the call was transfered to someone who said something fast and unintelligible and hung up the phone. I called back only to be placed on hold and, again hung up on. I will take my business elsewhere.
