Simmons Bank

We used to drive through. The staff was very helpful and were able to process two different accounts with no problem.

Would love to say a big thanks to Danny Wooldridge at the simmons on Military in Benton. He was so nice answer all our questions and took care of us .

Great people and service

We started when this was Metropolitan Bank. That was a good bank. This place is not a bad bank but it's not a great bank either. They never answer the phone. NEVER. All these other banks are making news for lowering the bounced check fees to $10, $15. This bank here just UPPED their bounced check fees to $36 per check. I don't bounce a check often but, when I do, I like to do it well. Those $36 fees add up so pardon us if we switch banks soon.Overall though, besides the fee and not answering the phone, it's an ok bank.

Should not be open. They are not customer focused. They don’t know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Asked for a manager. The guy who works there asked for what. I’m from a different world where bank managers actually interact with customers when tellers aren’t equipped. I have another account with Regions. I closed my account with Simmons today. My advice is Choose another bank…

Two ppl working the whole bank. Needless to say, there's a wait.....
Edit: 4 months later, and I see the SAME TWO EMPLOYEES trying to hold down this bank by themselves. I do not know who is in charge of this branch but they should be FIRED. I cannot believe that 4 months later this bank is still operating on JUST TWO EMPLOYEES. The bank could not even open on time because you do no have enough employees to run the branch. Fire the manager at this branch and hire someone who will properly staff it or just close it down...

The worst bank in Benton. Multiple employees inside but they want to overwork one guy having him help the people in the lobby and drive thru while a lady just sits there watching the line grow and grow. Then when it’s finally your turn, they don’t even pay enough attention to you to put your money in your own account. But hey, at least they got their McDonald’s door dashed to them.
