Vantage Point Behavioral Health Hospital

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time as an intern in IOP. For the past several months, I have had the pleasure of working with dedicated staff who value quality patient care. I would highly recommend to any student who is seeking an internship placement.

I’ve been employed with Vantage Point for a year and a half and I can’t say enough positive things about it! The staff are some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. There’s a sense of urgency within each department of the hospital, and I really appreciate that. I believe we are a great behavioral health care facility to help those in our community find the treatment they deserve. 10/10 would recommend!

This place helped me get back on my feet when I was at my lowest point. I don’t think I’d be alive today had I not admitted myself to this facility. Great doctors, great staff & amazing support systems. I’m really glad I came here to get the help I’ve needed for a long time & that they helped me with goals for myself to continue to live a healthy life. My husband went in for detox and inpatient rehab almost two years ago. He was a heavy alcoholic and opiate addict and had been using for YEARS. He went into Vantage to detox and stayed for a few weeks to develop skills to help with sobriety and I’m proud to say that he is over a year and a half sober!

It has been a wonderful place to work the past 7 years! I feel Vantage Point gives the encouragement and confidence needed to allow their employees to grow professionally. Supervisors give the ability for employees to be heard and the support needed to effectively preform the job.

As an employee here, I have to say it is one of the most people centered places I have worked in Arkansas. The team is genuinely caring and always striving to improve the care and treatment, environment, training and career development! Not everyday is perfect, but there is a true drive to provide excellent care and an excellent employee experience.

I have been an employee of VP for almost two years and can truly say I love my job. I have felt supported by my fellow staff and enjoy coming to work knowing the team I am working with genuinely cares for the patients we are serving.

I have been a nurse at Vantage point for many years. The past few years have been amazing. We have a wonderful CEO, Megan, who's made great changes in our hospital that can been seen both in our employees and mainly our clients. Our new DON, Adrian, is an appreciated team member that listens to her staff. Not to mention, our supervisors who do not hesitate to jump in at anytime to help with any situation. I am very proud to be a member of vantage point.

Vantage Point has some of the most AMAZING and caring staff! They really go out of their way to make a difference in their patients life. Nothing but love from me!

Absolutely amazing. I've been inpatient and in the Intensive Outpatient Program. The techs at inpatient were so amazing and seemed to really care about the patients. Especially Maranda and Kristeen. IOP therapist Courtney helps out with whatever she can. Whenever she feels like she needs to call or review or give packets to help out with whatever is on your mind. All in all I have never been to a more amazing facility in my life. I wish I could give them 600,00 stars out of five but that simply isn't possible. If you're ever feeling the need to go to a facility such as this I would recommend it every time. Don't ever feel like you'll be mistreated. Please. If anyone is in need of help, come here. Love it! Can't express that enough. 5/5 all day.

This place is worth the take, works if you work it most definitely!..On a side note the the techs are awesome, not to mention the nurses who are absolutely understanding and of course Dr.A!!!

I would highly recommend to work for this company! All the staff that I have worked with for almost 2 years now have been amazing. They are very accommodating with scheduling and your own personal needs! :)

Vantage Point offers the best quality care in NWA. The staff work well together, and genuinely care about the health and safety of their patients.

Great experience, the staff was very accommodating with all my needs. They were always concern and understanding to my needs and never questioned me for it. I felt completely safe while I was there and was able to quickly recover.

I wouldn't listen to these reviews, as facts go, they allow SMOKING on the adult unit. They actually have 2 cordless phones that patients can use most of the day. They let you do your laundry anytime, they serve real caffienated coffee, housekeeping daily, meals can be good some bad, 2 tvs let u change the channels. They expect the adults to act like adults and they treated me like an adult but they don't fool around with adult patients trying to act like children. They give you alot of freedom for choice but if your needing to be lied to and enabled don't come here. They hit u with the truth and i saw and heard some of the other patients not liking what they were told. If your addicted they can and will get you a good clean. If your depressed they help you recognize your hurdles. So be real here or they will tell u go and be real gone we don't have time to fix those that don't want to be fixed.
