This is a hidden gem especially for a Lao native. The food is like coming home to mom and dad hard day of cooking. The papaya salad is crunchy and was perfectly spiced and season. Their sausage is one to crave. Must order one to go if you are a passerby. Larb- hands down! So good. Their pho is exceptionally delicious! Don’t forget, they have sticky rice. I’ve been there twice in a day and going back very soon to bring more family member to enjoy what I feel is like home cooked Lao food. Thank you!

Pulled in at around 11:15am on a Friday and the place was empty but clean and had nice decor. Ordered the Pad Thai and crispy duck with Thai tea. The plates arrived piping hot and the aroma was amazing. Once we started eating we were both surprised how the flavors had so much depth and everything blended together nicely. In short food was excellent. We also noticed that in the short time just after starting to eat the whole restaurant was full! The locals know a good spot for sure. The service here was very good and we both enjoyed dinning here very much. This was our first time here and we will be back to enjoy the wonderful food here again for sure.

Food was good. Has a good amount of selection to choose from. The Jalapeños chicken is definitely a favorite!! The service was nice and friendly. Price of menu is affordable and the amount of food is worth it.

Amazingly delicious food!!! We've just about tried all the thai places in Fort Smith, and this one ranks close to the very best!! Great service, nice atmosphere. We got the massumon curry and chicken noodles, and both dishes were exquisite!

Food is ALWAYS excellent. Quick seating. Got my entree quickly but had to wait almost 10 mins for my wife's food to be delivered. Could you work on timing?
Anyway, we will be back regardless. The food is just too good.

This place serves up wonderful Thai food. We ordered multiple dishes. Number 21 (a glass noodle dish, I don't recall the name) was excellent. The Hawaiian Fried Rice was wonderful. The Phad Kling (sp?) was tasty. We simply did not have a bad dish. Three of us visited and all three of us enthusiastically endorse the food.

The staff was courteous and were attentive. You can order food with a level of heat from 1 -6, 6 being Thai level spicy.

There are numerous dishes and beverages on the menu. I want to go back and order quite a bit more.

Newly remodeled Family-owned, Pad Thai, has not only expanded to allow more customers to enjoy their food, but have revamped their current menu to much better appeal. We had started off with Sweet Teas for beverages, Egg Drop Soup and Ahi Tuna for appetizers. They have just recently changed their recipe for their Ahi Tuna making it taste closer to perfection. The Egg Drop Soup never ceases to hit that spot that makes you yearn for simpler times. Or at least for me. For our Entreés, we had Tom Khar with Shrimp at spiciness of Level 2 / 6, and Lad Na with Chicken and Beef set at spiciness of Level 3 / 6. The Tom Khar was sweet, savory, spicy, and overall balanced to near perfection. I had to had a tad bit more sugar in mine to make it a little nicer. The Lad Na, however, was on the opposite end of the spectrum. Robust, delicious, and quite spicier than what I'd imagine. The Lad Na's sauce is thicker than most other sauces, but it still makes the dish delactable. The food was so good on the first few bites, that we had decided to sit and enjoy our time rather than immediately package the food up for home. Correction, there was too much food and we filled up fast. We still had to package it up for home

Asian cuisine is my favorite, and this is one of the best Thai restaurants I've ever visited. Their fried rice is among my Top 3 rice dishes, and their Pad Thai was so good I had to order an extra plate to go. My wife and best friend both loved this restaurant as well. We're from Houston and have eaten at several Thai restaurants, and we all agree this is one of the best we've been to. Their Thai tea and iced coffee were also decent. I am definitely coming here again when I visit my friend in the future.

This place, this place is my favorite Thai food place ever. No matter what you get it hits just right. Hands down the best chicken Pad Thai I have had from around the area. The people are great too.

If you are in the mood for Asian food but want something different, you have to try the crispy noodles. They are amazing!

Always a pleasure to visit! Great food and friendly staff. I have been here at least 15 times since I moved here and it never disappoints! The appetizers are fantastic and the curry is the best I have ever had! Would recommend to any of my friends or anyone who loves great food.

If you're looking for a traditional beef pho soup this is not the place. Yet, their Thai fusion take on a personal comfort food is perhaps the most delicious I've ever had. I had it to-go and almost immediately you can smell the garlic enriched spices wafting from the package. I admit, I was hesitant on it's ability to taste good as opening the broth were the plopped beef floating inside. (If you've ever had pho, u will know the broth cooks the meat, which is usually thin). The broth itself is unlike traditional Vietnamese, which usually has a subtle aroma and not visibly oily, their take was fragrant with Thai spices which tinged it green.
Cons:
•not a big fan of the beef meatballs (there isn't any other option, but they do slice it for convenient cooking); it puckered from being plopped into the broth moments before send off. Fully cooked but like breakfast sausage texture-- slightly chewy.( I prefer a brisket usually)

Pros:
•the broth THE BROTH has so much flavor! its savory and fragrant almost like a curry. But then adding the usual accoutrements of basil, cilantro, and green onions the broth becomes alive in vibrancy! On a cold, cloudy day this soup strikes the perfect cord to the beginning of a symphonic flavor profile.

• Add the sauces: although the soups flavor is stand alone delicious, I like spice and added everything that was given to me albeit in small increments. My lips are plump from the delicious burn of Sriracha as I write this. Often times, the sauces change the flavor but the broth has such a solid foundation, the sauces merely enhance the emotional experience that this soup became.

It is not often that I come across a dish this impressive and proving to me once again: don't knock it til u try it. If you enjoy aromatic dishes e.g. Indian food, or craving a soup that challenges your taste buds I would recommend their version of beef pho to try in this lifetime.

I had the curry with pork and some crispy egg rolls along with some hot tea and it was all delicious. It was too much for me to eat for one sitting so I took the rest home.

I am in town for one night for work. After a brief search on Google Maps for a local can't-miss restaurant, I chose Pad Thai Cuisine. Boy, it did not disappoint. I first ordered the 6 piece chicken wings for appetizer. Perfectly crispy and well-seasoned on its own right, but it was also served with a sweet & sour like sauce for additional flavor. For entree I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, as recommended by my server. It was up there with the best Pad Thai I've ever had. Bursting with authentic flavor. I chose a 4 on the 1 to 6 heat scale. Perfect mixture of spice and flavor without drowning the taste with spice. Heaping serving size and very moderately priced. Pleasant staff. I would certainly eat here should I ever swing by Fort Smith again.

I'm updating this review after almost a decade of living in the River Valley, but also traveling the entire country.

I have been to every region in the Continental US. I have been to almost every state (at this point I'm only missing Michigan, Wisconsin, Rhode Island, Delaware, Alaska, and Hawaii).

I have explored the food offerings, both local specialties and locally-available other offerings, in all of those regions. And, since it is my favorite food, I have absolutely tried Thai food in every place possible across the country.

Hands down, by a mile, no question and no contest, the BEST freaking Thai and Vietnamese restaurants are right here in Fort Smith, AR, and the best of the best of those is found at Pad Thai on Rogers. You cannot do better, anywhere. Trust me, I've tried!

My original review from the first visit:
Okay, I wish you could separately rate service from the restaurant itself. .. this place has the most phenomenal food, just freaking delicious...and consistently meh service.
But the food is worth it!
*Update* (3yrs in)
I've lived here for three years now. This is still the best pad Thai anywhere, and I've had it in probably fifty places across six states. It's phenomenal.
Here's the weird thing about the staff: they have to warm up to you. Slowly. But when they do (took about a year!) they adopt you. Never forget you, your favorites, preferences, etc...
It's my favorite place ever.

Really great food, and very clean inside.
I recommend the peanut curry with chicken.
They only offer the spicy level up to 6 but ask for 10 and bring a tissue for this years allergy season. You won't be disappointed

I love Pad Thai. This is my one of my favorite spots in Fort Smith to eat with my friends and family. I love the workers there especially Marvin, Sydney, and Calvin. Their food is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. I would rate it 6/5 stars if I could. Marvin also gave me a Lamborghini for my birthday. Sydney gave me the keys to her extra mansion. Calvin took me the casino and we hit the jackpot 3 times in one night. Amazing people and service.
