We frequent this location when we are in the Greenwood area. This is a great location! They are always decently fast considering we order food for the whole family. They are very kind and courteous. They are patient with us taking a bit to get our order situated. They never forget sauce. If any food items have been missing They give us a coupon to make up for it. Love this place. Love taco bell in general & they have an app for mobile ordering too.

Placed a mobile order and went to go pick it up. Wasn’t having the best evening, needed some comforting food, and I got not only that, but was greeted with a friendly smile and amazing attitude. Food was out quickly and is absolutely delicious! The employee at the drive-through—I believe she said her name was Joy, or possibly it was Joyce—but she was absolutely amazing! She made sure I had everything I needed and made my evening much better!

This tacobell has the best buffalo chicken cheese fries! After seeming like the other area taco bells have been slacking, this one still delivers a quality taste with friendly customer service! We will start using this option vs our closer location(Towson Ave) due to their superior characteristics. Thank you and have a blessed day!

We have to come to Fort Smith for medical appointments 2 and 3 times a month and we always stop on our way home at this Taco Bell and the food and tea have been fresh and the service is awesome to, there is a great vibe from the staff 😊

i come here around 10pm-12am usually and the guys working the drive thru are so friendly !! i always come to this specific taco bell because the workers are amazing. my order is always correct and comes out quick. give the guys working late night a raise or something, they deserve it :)

First time I have eaten at a taco bell in years. It was great, food was fresh, order correct. What more could you want? Mexican pizza was back and delicious.

The manager in the evenings - dude in the glasses, is very friendly and fast. Very much in control. Friendly and efficient crew. The kitchen is clean, drive thru line moves quick.

The service is super fast and friendly! I get the steak quesadilla and it is delicious. The beefy melt burrito is very cheap, delicious and filling.

Literally the best service I've ever gotten at any Taco Bell. The night team working 1/12/18 was fantastic. Everyone was so polite and smiling and our wait time was nonexistent. If your in Fort Smith this is the store to visit.

Best Taco Bell in Fort Smith! The one on Rogers Ave is painfully slow, especially later in the night. Not this one though. I frequent this Taco Bell since I live close and I can't recall a single time my order was wrong, they forgot something, or it wasn't prepared well. The staff here is also very friendly and it doesn't seem forced. My only real complaint is that it isn't 24hrs.

Best taco bell I've been to in years

I love Taco Bell, but this one is my favorite! It's always clean and the staff is friendly. The food is always good and my orders have always been right.

The location on 71 South has been the best of all other locations here lately.
