I had siding replacement, gutter repair, and window replacement done by this company after a hailstorm did significant damage to my home. Everyone with whom I dealt was courteous and professional, and the quality of the work was very good. I definitely would use this company again, and I recommend them to others needing these services.

The remodel went as smoothly as we could have hoped. We had extensive water damage and several drywall issues throughout the house. The project manager was extremely thorough and prices were fair. The crew was very skilled, friendly and did as much as they could to not disrupt our day to day life. They got the job done very fast and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Arcadia will be our “go to” company for anything we need to have done with our home in the future.

At a time when all contractors seem too busy to accept work, Arcadia Remodeling responded quickly, followed up on their quote, and followed up with me after the project (chimney flashing replacement) was complete. Pricing is competitive and was a good fit for a residential job.

They were timely and, within two days of signing the contract, had the job completed to beat the forecasted rain. They were very upfront about their lead times and scheduling availability.

The work looks professional, and as far as I can tell there have been no more leaks with the most recent rains. The roofer also stopped work to discuss options with me as the scope of work changed due to hidden issues underneath shingles and waterproofing materials.

They followed up to make sure I was happy with the work completed. This was nice to be treated as a valued customer, and it's a big part of why I will let them bid on my next home project when I need a roofer or contractor.

Outstanding customer service, Jay was super honest and did not screw me around on costs at all. I got SEVERAL estimates for this job and they were by far the best choice. Even ended up fixing some things on my roof that the insurance adjuster didn't catch. Used them again to replace some porch posts and was very pleased. Jay himself came by several times to check on his guys and the work, even got up on the roof himself to inspect. Great company.

We hired them to do siding on our house. The work was done professionally and they had a fair price. There was one small issue that needed to be fixed at the end and they agreed to take care of it and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend for any siding projects you need done.

I did my research and called the 3 best companies I could find with best customer reviews. I won't name the other 2 companies, but I will say that Arcadia Remodeling was the top company !!!! When they came to my house he was the only one out of the 3 companies to actually take pictures and measurements and walk me through all my options. Arcadia was also the only company to tell me I always have the option of going through my insurance company. The next day I had an estimate sent to me. They were the second company to come but the first to get me an estimate I decided to go through my insurance I only wanted my roof fixed, but they got me not only my roof , but my siding,gutters,and window wraps ALL PAID FOR BY MY INSURANCE and when it was done I didn't even recognize my own home I was so grateful that I also referred them to 2 of my neighbors who also got approved by there insurance companies as well if I could give Arcadia more stars I would it was the best experience I've ever had in this type of situation my house looks great thanks to Arcadia !!!!!!!

ARC Remodeling replaced my roof after damage from a storm. They answered all of my questions and completed the job in 1 day. The team were very professional and were able to replace the roof minus my deductible, due to working with my insurance company. Once the job was completed they left my property in pristine condition. I would highly recommend ARC remodeling to anyone who is looking to replace or remodel their home, as these guys were very experienced and knowledgeable.

We originally planned to have our house painted and some windows replaced. We got quotes from several contractors for the painting. We also got quotes for windows and siding. To our surprise, the siding wasn't as expensive as we thought it would be. During the visit our salesperson asked if we would like our roof checked. It was damaged due to a tornado like storm several months previous. The roof was replaced expeditiously and all issues regarding our insurance company were handled by Arcadia.

We also got a quote for windows, siding, all existing wood covered with metal, soffit and fascia, gutters and downspouts and gutter covers. It should be noted that this quote was less than a competitors siding only bid. Our home is now completely maintenance free.

Rasiel was the salesperson. Very competent and honest. The main project foreman is Jose. It's hard to put into words the vast extent of his knowledge of all aspects of remodeling, construction and roofing. The main folks who spent the most time on our project were Jose, Hayner, Demarrius, Nick and Vinnie. All were hard working and very personable. It's refreshing to feel really good about an experience like we had with Arcadia.

Of course we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor.

They installed vinyl soffit on our carport and wrapped edges with aluminum. Also replaced some damaged by storm. Turned out great. Salesman was very knowledgeable and professional. The installers were very skilled and professional. The job turned out excellent.
