I was worried after all the bad reviews! My son needed a new SS card. He did the application online, printed it out& had it ready. He had a student id ready (we checked to make sure that was acceptable).
We arrived about 8:50, prepared to wait a couple hours. The guard was polite & explained how everything would work to everyone in line.
Then they opened the doors, we waited about 3 minutes, then went to a window & that took about 5 minutes to submit the application.
That man was polite as well. It’s 9:18 and we’re done. So I’d say, get there early, have everything ready if possible. It is also right before Christmas so maybe fewer people- only about 6 in line when we arrived.

The security officer and assistant Ramon at the door were super friendly, orderly, and helpful. There was a line right at 9am and they got everyone organized and helped instantly. I was able to fill out paperwork online and schedule an appointment easily.

I went here to get fignerprints done for a background check and they were very friendly to me. On top of being nice though they got me back on time and finished really quickly. The lady was patient with me when I had trouble following her instructions for the fingerprint machine which I really appreciated because physical directions can be hard for me (my hands dont really be all that coordinated ya). Also there was a lady in the lobby yelling at one of the workers and you should have heard this worker. She was so calm and respectful, she reassured the lady and calmed her down all while being disrespected. Nobody SHOULD have to have that skill at work but I definitely saw that skill on display and was impressed by it.

I was nervous to go after looking at the reviews but I was in and out in 15 minutes! They were very kind and easy to work with. The officers there were very nice and so was the man who helped me. I absolutely hate Fayetteville and avoid it at all costs but this experience was a pleasant one!

I called and spoke with Cynthia regarding my future SS benefits. She was absolutely wonderful, kind and understanding. She took her time with me and checked all of my options. Cynthia gave me peace of mind. Thank you, Cynthia!

I had a very good experience. I was a walk in, no appointment. The representative was able to answer my questions, help me with my paper work, and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes.

R. Anderson took care of us today. We had an appointment. There was a line before 9:00 we had to stand in but moved fast and we got to a window within 10 minutes of getting through the line. Mr. Anderson was very patient, friendly and courteous. Very thorough questions and allowed us to stop if we had questions. Seemed as human and compassionate as job will allow and not just like a robot moving through items. This was much appreciated. Also guard in lobby helps by announcing procedure and what to do in a friendly way. So far, all in all a great experience.

No one ever expects a pleasant experience when dealing with any government agency. Thankfully , I was surprised and impressed. The office is clean and quiet. The officer was quite pleasant and Ms.Martha was quick, friendly, professional and efficient. I was in and out in 10 minutes with my issue handled.

I became extremely short of breath during my visit and they called an ambulance for me and that's an extenuating circumstance I know.

BUT the wait times are so short compared to the dhs office, 10/10

Efficient ticketing system and friendly folks.
Know the documents you need and everything will run smoothly. Be prepared to wait as many folks aren't prepared. Also check to see if your request can be handled online.

Lines form before they open so be there half an hour before if you don't want to be there all day.

Take note the office closes at noon on weds.

I don't usually do business with the Fayetteville AR Social Security Office. Most of the time the people are rude and impolite. But today I got the sweetest and kindest young lady. It was fantastic.

This office is closed for remodeling. That's what it says at the entrance.

They guided me through the steps. It was quick when you arrive at counter. They are clean & helpful people around

Everyone at this office was extremely helpful and their check in process made everything go so quickly and efficiently.

The service in the office is good but the guard in the front is a very rude and irespectful person he yells and doesn’t have the right actitud.

The workers were very kind a patient with us. The line was long as expected, but we were seen within 30 minutes.

Fast, and easy got what we needed , in and out in less that 12 minutes

This place is run so orderly that it's the anti-DMV .. friendly people, amazing organization. 👏
