They do good work . I've taken a few Chevy work vans and a gmc blazer 4x4, they fixed both in a timely manner.

The owners are amazing honest folks! We ran into an issue with our transmission two days before our road trip. They figured out the problem immediately, ordered our part, and replaced it the next day. We'll be taking all of our vehicles to them in the future!

I had multiple major repairs done at JJ's:
Transmission, CV axles, struts, timing belt, water pump, and a complete air system.
The price was upfront and owner was extremely courteous and helpful, in fact, he even fixed a couple of small things on my old truck for free. Most recently the owner told me how to diagnose a bad alternate over the phone, which I was able to replace myself and saved a towing bill.

Cost me $1200 to have my transmission rebuilt. This was a minimum of half price as the other places I checked with. JJ took good care of us! 6 months and still no issues at all.

All the bad reviews on here are fake. I went there and they gave me a very minimal price for maximum service. And they are family owned so you feel like you are actually helping them out opposed to going to one of the “big guys” to get your car fixed. 3 weeks since I went and no problems at all

The absolute best at what he do! Mr. JJ not only quoted me the CHEAPEST price possible for a transmission rebuild on a sports car (With great warranty), he also had my car ready in 2 days! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They're EXACTLY what they say they are. Look no futher; would be my advice to anyone who needs transmission work.

My honest experience here is that this is one of the few shops you can trust. JJ knows exactly what they are doing and will not lie to you or give you a bad price. The woman up front is extremely kind and helps you out with anything you need. This is one of the few shops that won't try and overcharge you, they won't try to make you fix something that is not broken, and they will give you the best price in saline county.

I can guarantee that if you check with multiple shops, jj's will always have the best price and the best customer service. I've personally worked with their transmission builder mr.bobby and he is the best at what he does, has been building transmissions for over 20 years.

So no matter what reviews you may read about this shop that are bad, just ignore them. Talk to mr jj and you will see exactly why I wrote this review, people deserve an honest shop and this is that shop

I am an employee at JJ's Transmission Shop, and I would like to clarify that these accusations are false, and clear our name as a business. Mr. Hankins claim that we ripped him off, is untrue, due to the fact that his vehicle was out of warranty(which wasn't even under his name), therefore we couldn't do the work for free. Legally we could have started the job and charged him the full price of 1800.00, but the owner tried to help by discounting the price, which Mr. Hankins agreed too. Then after all the work was done and the parts put in the vehicle, was when Mr. Hankins decided that he didn't want to pay that price. Mr. Hankins yelled, cussed, and tried to threaten the owner of the business, that he would ruin this Company's name. He also sold the vehicle to someone else and brought the vehicle back up to the shop, in hopes that it could fixed for a discounted price.

As for Mr. Logan, he has never been a customer at this shop, so we are assuming that he "rate and reviewed" the wrong shop.

This family owned business is absolutely amazing. I use them for all car repairs. Fair prices and fair people.
