We have nothing BUT great things to say about these people! We were new to the area and they’ve gone out of their way to provide the best service ever!! We will never call anyone else again.

Very nice people. I had been having a problem with my drains clogging. The man showed up worked on it, needed some extra help from a coworker. Left, came back, and had me back up and running. I know it was a hard job and he spent a lot of time helping me. I really appreciate their time. I will be using them again in the future, if I need. Will refer them to anyone needing a plumber. Thanks again.

River Valley Plumbing is the best! I trust them above anyone with all plumbing issues. My most recent service was a gas fireplace insert. Not only did they do great work, they did it with respect and made sure I was happy with their work. I was instructed in operating my new fireplace even, and the plumber made sure I understood.
I also love their system of letting customers know when they are scheduled and that the plumbers call to let you know they are on their way. River Valley offers the best customer service ever! They have the best office staff and best field staff. I recommend them every chance I get!

The plumber that came to my house was in and out. Fixed the issue quickly, cleaned up his mess and offered to dispose of any unwanted material left over. He was polite the entire time he was at my house too and scheduled to do another installation that was failed to be passed on to him due to a third party scheduler (I will leave that companies name off here because it did not effect how I saw this business).

Michael was our plumber and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He came out and worked hard to get the problem taken care of. Very happy with them and will be using them again soon.

I would just like to post that some of the reviews are not actually customers of ours. They are not found in our data base. We always want our customers happy, if anyone ever has a problem I would want them to call and talk to us!! Thank you for all of our great customers who gave our such great reviews!

The technician(sorry dont remember his name) removed nearly a 5 gallon bucket worth of roots from the old clay pipe and unclogged the tub and sink. He never once complained about the length of time or difficulty in the job. Very professional and was on time. I'd recommend River Valley Plumbing to anyone.

Although the guy was an hour late his work was terrific. The garbage disposal was installed in less than 30 minutes

Crawfish tail basket is my favorite but I tried John's special, the blackened catfish & blackened shrimp on a bed of rice and it tops the charts also... everything I've tried so far has been delicious
