I want to say how grateful I was for the wonderful customer service. I was in around 9:45, and I've been looking for the 18 pack brown organic eggs. A nice man whose normally in the meat department asked me what I was looking for. And he went back to look for the eggs. He came back with what I was looking for. I really appreciate his help.

The store not only looks amazing, but last time I walked in it actually smelled remarkably clean.
I’m in love with the produce department. It’s so fresh and inviting!

My only complaint is that the store seems to have some understaffed departments. I heard a guy on Monday morning talking about how he had just worked a 14 hour shift on Sunday.

Friendly staff, great customer service all round. Store is stocked and neat majority of the time, always love shopping here.

Just did an online shopping for pick up and it was fast and easy to apply coupons. Had more $ saved for it being 1st time too. I love saving $$

Went to a few private bakeries and they could not even entertain the idea of what I wanted! Bakery made my speciality cake without an issue. It turned out great! Satisfied customer here! Thanks guys!

Best Deals , I'll be coming back :) to spend my money

I was shopping at Safeway today when I encountered an issue with my digital coupon not working at the self checkout. Bones was able to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot the issue and get me on my way. An employee that understands customer service is a rare breed. On top of all of that, she helped me with an enthusiastic attitude and and a beautiful smile. I thought I was dreaming!! Thank you bones and Safeway. I will be back bc customer service is of importance to me.

Who ever works in the bakery department deserves head. Not only was the sheet cake gorgeous and delicious, the french bread was literally perfect. For the price everything was so moist, soft, and aesthetically appealing😩

There is a very nice and friendly ambiance at this store. People at the express line or in the diy line have been consistently helpful, friendly leaving me with such a pleasant experience...ty

This store has great service. I highly recommend this store. I created a rewards account online where I add the weekly ad coupons as well as the shop for U discounts. I save a minimum of $160 each month by taking advantage of these discounts. Thats not including the savings I get with my fuel points with the rewards program. There are times that I have saved $1 per gallon off fuel. Plus I use some of my rewards to get free items that I get to choose. I have also ordered groceries online and picked them up, which is a free service. I actually look forward to getting groceries!

I pick up groceries from this Safeway on a weekly basis, and want to acknowledge Steve, the pickup manager. He goes above and beyond in customer service. He’s friendly, and has contacted me when an item that was out of stock at the time of my pickup comes back in stock to tell me he set the item aside for me to pickup at a my convenience. When I call to tell him I’ve arrived for my pickup, he greets me by name before I say anything.

I’ve switched from Walmart to Safeway since Steve became the manager of grocery pickup. I highly recommend this store because of his friendliness and attention to detail.

The only thing I look for is the chicken it's through the right door to your right. Literally all the chicken taste good. 8/10 for the chicken. And a 10/10 for the service, an employee asked me if I was looking for anything I said yes and I found what I was looking for in quick manor. If all employees are like this they deserve a raise.

The produce guy today was doing a great job. Not sure if he spoke English or if he's there every Wednesday, I could tell he was taking very good care of it all. And the young guy who bagged my groceries was very good at customer service. I got lots of great deals on fresh and delicious food.

Very organized and clean Albertsons. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Especially a employee named Victor he was so kind when I walked out of the store with my cart and was done with it he ask if he could return it for me. Will definitely come back for groceries.

SAFEWAY at last!!! The new store looks great and the shelves are so full, that I had to come back here and erase my previous bad review of the old Albertson's! I noticed better quality items, specially in bakery and produce Departments. Seeing the Safeway French Bread made me smile! Also the cut fruit packages are actually good. I wondered if they added sugar to my last package of melons because it was so good. The meat dept has so many good deals too. I also noticed an abundance of friendly employees everywhere.
The Starbucks girls are lovely!
Iam so excited about this change and judging by the absolutely full parking lot, I am not alone!

They have a fabulous bakery and you can "clip" coupons from their website or app (but I use the website)
The best part?? The coupons automatically come off of your total using your phone number and help remind you what you're going to the store for.
The keywords when using the search option could be stronger though.

I love the Aloha Albertsons, I needed three pieces of bacon from the meat market and the gentleman behind the counter was very accommodating. He was interested in my recipe and what I was making and was very happy to help me and asked me if I needed anything else. All of the employees are welcoming the food is fresh, if I ever need any assistance they help me right away. I highly recommend this store.

I like this Albertsons, seems like the deli is open later then other grocery stores so I can grab fried/grilled chicken after work some nights. They have a pretty good selection of premade salads and stuff so all in all I appreciate this Albertsons. I wish it was on my to work I would probably stop in there more!
