Amanda is the best in the entire world. When I moved and was hours away, I stayed with Jeff because of her. I will always let her handle my insurance needs. Seriously the best there has ever been!

Best customer service in NWAR! Amanda is so patient, kind and helpful with me and my many questions. The rates are fair and consistent with the market for the area. Having an online app is great as well with information at the touch of a button. But the one on one time spent and attention to detail provided are both rarely found at an insurance firm. I appreciate Allstate!

Been with Allstate since we moved here in 2012. The people are always friendly and helpful. Gets what I need done, handled most times that day. When we had a hit and run, they helped use with everything. Even have my renters insurance with them.

Jeff and Prisma, I am still without a working car. I don't have a friend here at Butterfield who has been willing to help me check out the problem . . . . . So I don't know how to get the car running.
I am going to try to find someone in Butterfield who will go get a new battery for me. It's crazy. I have the money for a new battery,
but no one to go buy it for me. This sounds so simple.... but I am hoping to catch someone in the office who will help. The fellow who said he'd help apparently have this weekend off.
It's crazy!
At least you know I am still trying to get the connection straight.
