On top of a crazy long wait over 20 minutes just to get to the counter twice because of a insurance issue one of the pharmacy workers reeked of medical weed it literally stunk out the whole pharmacy area and it wasn’t a customer because I had to come back twice a hour apart for people who have ptsd linked to that smell it is a awful experience to have to sit and smell use it at your own home not at work high making important decisions on what to put in what bottle that could kill somebody if your impaired and mess up the only reason it didn’t get one status Mrs Holley she was super nice and helpful she’s wasting her talent at that place

One star is way more than they deserve. Walgreens couldn’t satisfy its customers before buying out Smith Caldwell. You would think they would have least added more help, increased hours, or something.. But no, they are just slower than ever. I’ve easily spent 4 hours of my life in the drive thru line over the past month, which is absolutely ridiculous. Walgreens, do better for your customers. Especially for the ones that have no choice but to use you, like me. For the people that have a choice, stay clear because this is easily the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used.

If you were forced here by Caldwell Pharmacy closing abruptly, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, and find a new pharmacy, been in the drive thru line for 20 minutes not one car has moved. Caldwell was always packed, but they kept the line MOVING. Walgreens is the absolute WORST.

They need to listen without all the background noise. And they need to speak where they can be understood!

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. They are never open when they are suppose to be. I've tried to pick up meds on a Sunday twice now and there is always an excuse why they aren't open. The staff is rude and if you go inside to pick up your meds when they are actually open, they stand there and act like you're an inconvenience to them.

Wouldn't fill my prescription because it was from Teladoc...

I ordered a medicine for sciatic nerve medicine on the 27th of January. I got it shipped to the store on Military Rd in Benton, AR. I just got an email on March 10th (over 30 days) that it was ready for pickup. 1. It shouldn’t have taken that long. 2. I called the store and was told I could only get store credit because it was over 30 days? I just got the email it was ready YESTERDAY!!! IT TOOK 42 DAYS TO SHIP!! That’s it not my fault. That is the company’s fault. I haven’t even picked it up. It’s at the store. In the box. It’s untouched. I asked for someone else to talk to and the lady just kept repeating herself until finally she said the store managers name. I’m expecting it back into my card since it’s not my fault Walgreens cannot work their orders correctly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!

I am a hospice nurse and call several pharm within a 90 mile radius of Hot Springs. I have been a nurse for 46 years. I have never been spoken to so rude and disrespectable by a Pharmacist. I called the pharmacy to find out if they had received a faxed prescription for morphine for my pt. the technician told me no. I asked to speak with the pharmacist. he asked why I wanted to talk to him when the technician had already told me no. I asked him if he had a problem with me talking to him. he said that when the technician told me no that meant no.i tried to tell him that I was trying to make sure That he was able to see something she could not regarding the fax. I was only trying to get morphine for my dying pt. yo decide if you would want to use this pharm .
