Nate Jefferies is hands down the best car salesman! He cares about getting you into something you will love rather than just about the sale. Not many people like that anymore. He will be the only guy I go to for any car needs!!

I'm a OTR Transport driver. I just had a brand new motor installed at Classic Ford Madison, my local FORD dealership. They didn't clean upper or lower intakes which were half clogged and installed a bad MAP sensor. I ended up with a turbo cooler line leaking because they replaced seals and not the entire line. Legacy got me in, diagnosed, and repaired all in the same day. AWESOME TOP NOTCH SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! This ended up costing me $1500 instead of $270 plus a $600 load I lost because of being down again after less than 10k miles.

Our 2016 Expedition broke down on vacation as we we’re leaving La Grande, Oregon for Yellowstone. We managed to limp along slowly to La Grande Ford which fortunately for us was less than two miles away. The place is totally under remodel…but their service was perfect.
They took our car right in, diagnosed and fixed it in a couple of hours. Service people were SO nice. Saved our vacation!! Back in the road again.

Nate and the Legacy team were phenomenal. My fiancé and I wandered in here on a whim… he needed to trade his lifelong baby for a daily driver. Showed up, saw this beautiful F-350, took it out for a spin, my man fell in love, and the team made it happen. Got a super fair deal, didn’t spend all day fighting with finance, everyone was helpful and welcoming. PLUS, there’s a super cute wiener dog in the office… thanks Legacy team!

We highly recommend Justin, Skylar, and the whole Legacy Ford crew. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful, but without any pressure to buy. They let us take overnight test drives to really experience the vehicles. When I couldn't decide between 2 different models, they took my pro/con list and found me the perfect vehicle, a model I hadn't even considered.
We checked out dealerships in Boise but are so glad we didn't buy from them. We were able to keep our business local and no one treated us as well as Legacy.
These guys have gone above and beyond for us. Not only finding the perfect car for me but setting the radio to the 80s rock station and changing the ambient light to green, remembering those are my favorites. The folks at Legacy Ford are still checking in and making sure everything is perfect, even though all the papers have been signed.
We will definitely be customers again.

Justin Marler was great to work with he helped us get into a very nice truck and agreed to fix the few problems it had. When we left the lot with it a new proplem occurred and we went straight back. He gave us a nice loaner truck and got our truck in the shop first thing. Justin in the finance department got us a loan and was also great to work with. Thank you legacy ford!

Had a great experience here, worked with Skylar to get a sale done and he made the process seamless and enjoyable. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and accommodating. Will definitely be keeping these guys in mind for the future.

The service center is awesome!!! We were traveling through, thousands of miles from home, and our service engine light came on. I had an auto parts store scan for the code, contacted my normal dealer, and they recommended going to the nearest dealer available based on the code, and not to drive any further than absolutely necessary, or risk damage. I went to Legacy Ford and they got us fixed up the same day. What struck me most was how awesome the counter service team was. I’ve had a lot of experience with many different service teams across many different brands and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a service like this. Usually, the people at the counter seem to not have time, and are grumpy. This team was responsive and they were having a great time. Special shout out to Mike. The positive attitude he brings was contagious to everyone in the service center.

Great customer service! When Inwas in town and my key fob battery died, they sent a new one out to me just for the cost of the battery. And I drive a competitors vehicle!

What started as a heartbreak resulted in me driving off the lot in a dream truck. I have to admit that Trent at Legacy fought hard to try to get and keep my business. He came in on his day off to close the deal, and when the truck I drove 8hrs to purchase did not work out, he worked hard to find me an even better rig (very nearly my absolute dream rig). But to keep it brief, A tight budget and a ballooning used vehicle market has been a depressing experience as I have been saving for about four years, yet prices seem to scale accordingly. So when I saw a near dream truck, with extraordinarily low mileage at a reasonable price at Legacy, I called and put a hold on it immediately.
I worked with Trent throughout the process, and he even came in on his day off to try to close the deal. However, during the test drive, the truck experienced an issue previously unknown to the Legacy (leave it to me to break things), but nonetheless causing me to be willing to eat the down deposit and walk away (despite being guaranteed that the issue would be fixed). Trent worked with me to find a different rig, and more importantly, he listened to what I actually wanted, instead of just pushing me towards closely priced rigs. Ultimately, upon hearing what I was looking for in a truck, he got up, told me to hold on a second, and left. Shortly thereafter, he rolled out front in a truck which turned out to be way closer to what I wanted, and what I described. I ended up leaving the lot with a truck that had not been put on it yet (Legacy just got it in on trade-in). I have to give it to Trent, that he is a hard working, no nonsense kind of a guy and I would gladly work with both him and Legacy for another purchase.

I just called them today right when they opened and spoke to a very nice salesman named Jason. He helped me get a car in less then 2 hours and get it shipped to me. He made my experience so nice and comfortable. He was also very patient with me asking a bunch of questions. I'm a first time car buyer. Thank you again. 😊

Had some issues that were my fault, not the fault of the dealership and they had mercy on me and helped me even though didn’t have to. I honestly couldn’t believe it. The moral character of the employees that helped me out of a jam of my own making is still unbelievable to me. I wouldn’t recommend you shop for a vehicle anywhere but Legacy Ford.

Had to stop here while traveling to have repairs made to my Ford pickup. As a traveler, they slotted me into their schedule within an hour, found the problem and had parts there the next morning and installed. Service staff was very helpful and polite. Dealership in general was clean and and well appointed for waiting customers. Would recommend.

With questions regarding a couple issues with my Ford pickup, I recently stopped by Legacy Ford in LaGrande. The service manager, Vern Lambert, took the time to walk out to my vehicle, listen to my concerns, assess the issues, and offer alternatives for repair. His expertise was helpful and manner very pleasant and polite.

We had our 60,000 mile service on our diesel pickup done while traveling in our rv. There was a problem with the def filter it required additional work and we had several reservations down the road. Vern the service manager went out of his way to accommodate us only leaving a day late. Alysia the service advisor was so helpful and attentive to our needs. Terrific customer service at this dealership!!
