Great local post office. I have been helped by 2 employees. Today, Johnny helped me track down a package. Almost daily, when I go to the post office Alan is the employee who scans in my packages. He is pleasant and has helped in the past whenever I had a problem.

I know the postal service usually gets a bad wrap especially now during this pandemic but I can say first HAND that the staff at the Benton location are some of the best I've dealt with in my 35+ years of adulthood. Bridgett and her crew have been a true God send in helping with a very important piece of mail I had thought to be lost in a recent move and change of address. She not only located the item but personally called me back and made arrangements for me to pick it up after normal hours on a Saturday! I cant Thank them enough.

I had a delivery notification (email), yet no package on my doorstep as USPS tracking information indicated. I had been on vacation and placed a hold on my mail. I called the Benton Post Office and explained the situation. The lady placed me on hold for approximately 2-3 minutes. She returned and explained that the package was at the post office and that my carrier would be delivering it today. My matter was resolved in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.

They were very nice to me! I came in right before close planning on using the self-service machine. It wasn't working so Johnny speedily got me through the regular line at 4:29 PM. Really appreciate it!

After having a delivery issue, Pamela called me each step of the way until the issue was resolved. She was very concerned and caring, and deserves 5 stars for her 'above and beyond' customer service. Thank you Pamela and also the rest of your crew. 😊

Very helpful, friendly, and fast with processing my passport application! It is recommended to call ahead and make an appointment (which I did not do, but recommend to others). Regardless, they were able to get me help within just a few minutes! Thanks!

Just called the post office regarding a check our company sent to a wrong PO Box (typo) and I talked to a sweet young lady, (sorry I didn't get her name) and the box was closed but she found the check in the return mail and was able to put it in the right box... Thank you so much!!!!

Wow, New Mailman took over Peeler Bend Rd. Route. What a great Mailman friendly, helpful, all around great.

Great people work there

I called today because my son has had an issue (for the past month) with getting his mailbox key for his apartment. I called and surprisingly, no busy signal, Melissa picked up and fixed the issue. I had great customer service from her. Why it takes a full moth to get a box rekeyed is beyond me, especially since the $30 fee was paid literally a month ago.

I have never had a problem with them not delivering something...
It is only a 4 because the wait time is sometimes super long. Other times, I walk in and there is not a line at all. Its pure luck.
The individuals I've interacted with are always very polite and EXTREMELY helpful. When I was looking for stamps for my wedding invitations, the lady took out her options and straight up told me none of the ones she had were really "wedding" appropriate, but was able to tell me that the Bryant location had more of a selection, as well as online.
They aren't pushy with insurance or anything like that either...
