I have been using Nancy and Tommy since 2013. They have always done a great job with our pool. They are very knowledgeable. Yes you can probably find some of their products cheaper online, but still their prices are fair and their knowledge and experience and customer service outweigh the cheaper online price. Also, they have always treated me right on pool repairs and also on openings and closings of our pool. Also, they can test pool in house, which is very convenient.

Nancy, the owner, sold me a $500 pool vacuum that is for an above ground pool. I have been trying since last summer to return it because it does not work, period. She has refused to allow me to return it, although it has never worked, insisting on allowing her to "look at it". Today, she claims she has come to my home "to fix it 3 times", although I've never seen her. Today, she was rude, sarcastic and told an unbelievable story about my cat preventing her from coming to my front door, "looked like your your cat was going to attack me if I came to your door". She is using this to claim she's tried to resolve this on her end. I have bought $1000's and $1000's worth of chemicals, outdoor furniture, outdoor sporting recreational products, pool toys, Scentsy products, decorations from her store. I even bought an old brass candelabra that her mother was selling for $200! Everything in Prestigious Pools is way overpriced!!!! They are unreliable, and crooked!!!!! I have been a loyal customer since 2010!!!! Today, she was sarcastic, rude, unfair, and hateful!!!!! Because she does not want to refund my money, doing what is right.

Terrible! Only company our home warranty uses. They won't come, set appointment, won't commit at all. Attempted to open pool Monday, had a leak in the filter. We have been trying 4 days to get Prestigious to come out. Home Shield Warranty company is just as bad; they won't assign another service provider. I would not recommend either company.
