Her availability, quick response time, and encouragement finding the right home gave us some peace amidst the hectic market turn over that was occurring. When we did find our home she continued to be actively involved and was a huge a support with coordination on the final tasks with the inspector and repairs. Candi sold my house VERY quickly. Within 4 days on the market I had several offers and it went for well over asking price. While purchasing my next home (a 1920’s Colonial) I ran into several issues from the home inspection to the appraisal. Candi navigated each situation professionally and helped me understand exactly what was going on and provided me several options on how to proceed. I was able to close on my dream “old” home on time with very little headache. Candi also has the most infectious laugh and really lights up a room.
