I am assuming the unfriendly lady at water department is an older comment, because the young woman there now is very friendly and helpful.

The old lady who always works at the window is rude. But my water has to be paid

The water bill lady is not people friendly. Despite trying to get through on the phone for help paying my bill (had the money just wasn't able to get it to pay) and them not answering the phones when I called 2x first thing in the morning and had the bill paid by my lunch break, they turned off my water and demanded $150 to turn it back on. I was told no supervisor of any kind was available to talk to me and there was nothing they were willing to do despite having no bill saying I had another charge. I paid in full online and then they called to say they were adding on the fee after I had already paid my full bill including the following month. I feel this is a very corrupt way of running things. And the woman running the water payment was terrible to me and would keep raising her voice at me despite me staying calm and civil trying to figure out how this is even possible. Another clerk is needed if things can't be handled in a professional and civil manner.

I thought I found a perfect place to live until I found out how much a deposit is charged to have water here. $150 deposit plus $35 connection fee. That’s excessive! I understand paying a deposit of what a bill would run but c’mon...who here runs up $150 water bills???

Workers are hardly ever in office , they never answer the phone , and don’t go as soon as they open thinking you’ll get good service either , you’ll be waiting for 20 plus minutes just to find someone to help you . Overall not great service at all

Very hatful when u call they are rude for no reason u can call to ask a question an the lady is very hatful and not helpful at all she intrupted me so many times an was rude also there is another person that was very hatful i wish i knew where to report them this is so incalled for

Old lady that works window is always rude. Don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile.
