Wortman Park

Nice park and conveniently located. I just wish the disc golf areas were marked or didn't exist at this location.. nothing quite like having a sharp piece of plastic flying at your face while walking with your child and dog.

This park has a wonderful play structure for children. Some fairly nice picnic areas that I believe can be reserved. There is also a 12 hole disc golf corse that is perfect for all levels of players. It's located close to a few stores that make it easy to get picnic foods for the family. There are also some easy paths to treck with pets. All in all, it is a wonderful place.

Plenty of water fountains and benches scattered throughout the park. They have a disc golf course set up through the park as well. They have multiple large group areas with barbecues, plenty of picnic tables and counter space at some. 2 playgrounds set at opposite ends of the park. Also a lovely trail system that goes over two small Bridges. The park has lots of large developed trees that provide plenty of shade. :-)

Great park! Nice disc golf course with a walking path! Great environment good times with the kids.

Wortman park is great if you love big beautiful trees and exploring. The playground is fun but we usually end up following the little creek and to play on the bridges and find water skippers. There are many hidey holes in the trees to peek in as well. Lots of cute squirrels!!!

Great park. This place has great events for kids of all ages. We've had art day and a solo artist concert there. Mcminville library holds great events there regularly.

Wortman park is a big park. Take a day just to have fun and go to the park to play disk golf or have a BBQ and let the little ones play.

what a wonderful park very large with many things to do reservable areas to have a party. Restrooms play area and a frisbee golf area also decent parking shaded areas for play with many oak trees and other fir trees also a baseball field seems to also have Xfinity Wi-Fi available in the park not sure where it comes from.

Quite lovely, clean spot in the trees right in the middle of town. Disc golf course is cute and there’s lots of people coming and going. We had a picnic there and thoroughly enjoyed

Wonderful park full of trees and trails. Most walking trails are paved. Community eating areas are amply spaced with smaller locations throughout the park. Some of the larger picnic areas are covered. Nice restrooms at both ends of the park. Great children's play equipment. Winding its way around the park is a Disc Golf course. On the north side is the Senior Center. Just a lovely place to be in McMinnville!

So much room to play and the best frisbee golf course in town. I suggest parking on Lafayette Ave side.

We LOVE this park. Awesome trails to walk your pup, and a disc golf course to play for hours. There are also 2 play structures on opposite sides of the park, plus a picnic area that has sinks and outlets. Great place to spend your day.

It was really wet an soggy big rain last night but I had a great experience playing frisbee golf.

Lots of trees tons of things for the kids to run around and do trails to hike on and it's just a beautiful place baseball fields soccer fields tons of room to run around pets are allowed except on the fields
They also have a decent discount golf course.

The park has play areas for the kids that are shaded by the huge trees around it which makes this our preferred park in the heat of summer.
We like the walking trails and watching the disc golf players. There are restrooms, fountains, and picnic areas with grills.

Great place beautiful little tranquil nature feel, so close to the busiest parts of the city but so quiet and fun for kids or adults. Frisbee golf course and play structure on each side of the park, with parking at each entrance. Reservable group picnic areas with metal benches and fairly clean and comfortable public bathrooms as well.

This park has just about anything you could want in a park setting it has tables to have plenty of people with you it also has playgrounds areas for different age brackets with nice equipment it was very clean when I went there it also had covered areas to eat and set up for a nice event and Porta-Potty I believe it had a pet area too but I'm not promising I'm going off of memory from that part, anyway I was thoroughly impressed for how big it was and also has a skating for skateboards bikes maybe area I was really impressed for how nice of a park it was for Sheridan

Nice park with playground, pavilion with sinks, electric and a nice disk golf course. When we went on 7/30/21 the grass was cut, the park was clean and he really in good shape.

This is a pretty nice park. I played the heck out of the disc golf course... even though I lost to the youngsters I was playing with. I had no little children with me and nobody gave me weird looks for playing on the jungle gym and the swing set. I guess that could have just been wishful thinking though.
