My kids always joke that Safeway is my favorite store. But it really is! It’s always clean and usually has every thing I need. Love the new remodel!

The lady working the Uscan/ self check around noon today helped immensely as I goofed my transaction not once, but twice . So friendly and nice - especially as my anxiety crept up.

Best flower selection all the time. No line to pay and super friendly staff.

Our family uses Drive Up and Go service frequently and to all you guys from that department - THANK YOU, You Guys Rock.
That said there have been several “mistakes” with orders, wrong item is included, or it’s missing a couple of something. But, 99.91% of the time you guys are spot on and the few hiccups were remedied straight away. Seriously I am so thankful to the team that takes care of putting the orders together and getting them loaded in our car super fast. You save our family a lot of time and hassle, and y’all are always hella friendly and respectful, even when I’m that guy who shows up at 7:58, 59. 😉. Which I’ve perhaps been known to do on a regular basis.
This is my family’s first year living in Yamhill County and we are very happy to have such a great grocery store as our home store. Thanks again Safeway.
Also have to give a shout out to Norma who has been an Angel in assisting myself as well as my mom with self checkout stuff and a HUGE thanks for assisting us with the inns and outs of the Safeway App & adjusting to the coupons being pretty much all digital. Thanks Norma!
And thanks to the rest of the staff, who always treat me like gold, even when I run in 15 minutes before closing and I'm the one they have to use the intercom on " Good Evening Safeway Shopper. We are closing in 5 minutes so please bring your hopefully not full cart up to checkout now. We will reopen in a couple hours early I'm the AM for all your needs." So ya. I'm that guy. And they NEVER treat me like him.

The pharmacy employees were very helpful and getting the vaccine booster was worth the wait If you can't make the counties clinics then this will work out for you. Get there at least an hour before they open. You may want to get your paper work ahead of time, when it starts it goes pretty quickly.

The deli is great the food delicious, the staff at the customer service desk is pretty awesome, I go there every Tuesday with a patient who is blind and they take veri good care of him

recently My glasses were accidentally left at a register I called them immediately and they found my glasses and put them behind the counter at the service desk. But when I went to go pick them up they could not find them because another employee said that they were their glasses and had taken them and the company nor management would do nothing because I was already talking to them about how they found it at the register and this person had literally had stolen my reading glasses so no I will give this store one star for theft

The atmosphere was friendly overall, it was a nice temperature inside. Comfortable, maybe a little cool. The tenders were good and didn't leave a film in my mouth like tenders tend to.

Overall a good experience, would go again

My favorite store is Safeway 😊 especially this one!

On every visit to Safeway if I am unable to find a specific item I always ask a person working on the store for assistance. In every case an employee was always easy to find, friendly, and appear genuinely interested in my needs and willing to assist. Very knowledge, professional and courteous workers. Clean, we'll stocked items. My favorite section is meat/fish and deli counters. Fresh items. Love the folks working behind counters. Thanks

So we had a fumble with our order today, I had every intent of leaving a bad review, but my husband asked me to hold off and would make a call instead.

A few things missing, some rotten veggies.
When we called Amanda apologized to us, and much to my surprise went well above and beyond what I would have expected for customer service from ANY store!
She even offered to deliver what they had messed up even though it was a 20 min drive to the store for us!

I super appreciate her willingness to make this up to us. And honestly, with people like her that care this much, I will be very happy to return to this store again!

Always a great place to visit. Great sales, but need to keep an I on the Tuesday ads. The employees are great! They have adjusted the floor of Safeway so there is more room and it is looking nice!

Clean store and well stocked, even during these times, plenty of helpful staff and most importantly, every buggy I've used was in good condition 👍 parking area is a little bit of a struggle though.

Great selection that is better than Grocery Outlet. The prices were fairly good.

The deli or wherever the potato wedges are is absolutely amazing as a picky eater it’s nice to find things that taste good I wouldn’t normally enjoy :)

They also have a great selection of spicy ramen

I'm traveling on a cross-country road trip and I lost my phone in the parking lot about a week ago, only to realize hours down the road. They quickly found my phone as soon as I called and offered to send it to me free of charge. I'm forever thankful that people like Paula, who took the time out of her day and money from her pocket to help a stranger, exist.

The Mac Safeway is my favorite. It's always clean and fresh looking - even before the pandemic! Everyone is always very friendly no matter what time of day or night I've gone there and it's always a pleasant experience. The prices are a bit higher than the other store across the hwy but the quality is what you pay for.

Safeway has good quality fruits and veggies. In addition to top grade meat in their butcher department, they also offer lovely floral arrangements, a bakery, tasty deli, and a professional pharmacy with home delivery service. Their Signature brand products are quite good, and to top it all off there's an instore Starbucks for all you mocha lovers!
