This UPS store has it all.. they even have a notary for $10.00..easy returns for shein and amazon. The staff here is awesome and friendly..as well patients Had some trouble with the finger printing machine and they handle that very well and I was off and running as soon as they had it fixed. It was not easy getting my finger prints correctly they stayed calm patient and professional the whole time. This is my one Stop for all my shipping needs now.

They took a big hit during covid but are vastly improved over the past year with more/better staffing and dependable hours.

I just wanted to say the manager of this store (I forgot her name) helped me out when I had some fingerprints to turn in for a really important application. She helped me through what seemed to be a program or scheduling error on the fingerprinting system all while busy and training a new employee. Thank you!

I was nervous. Never having done a return like this. Alex put my nerves at rest. Alex was friendly, understanding and had the patience of a saint. I am not a tech friendly person. He helped me for the return and walked me thru it, in case I needed to do another return. It was a great feeling walking out of a store not being made to feel like an idiot by employees because I do not understand most tech. Thank you Alex.

I sold my embroidery machine and I needed to have it packed and shipped. I went into this store and I was greeted very nicely and helped me out with everything I needed to do. They even went out to help me carry my machine in from my car. They awesome and very helpful. I will come into this store again if I ever need too. They were just awesome. Thank you

Ryan and Zelly were great. I went on a Monday morning there there was a pretty decent line. Within just a few minutes I was being helped. Ryan helped with two separate transactions and even gave me a couple different shipping options and taped up my bag for me to get shipped out. I was expecting to wait quite some time yet I was in and out in about 5-7 minutes.

Today was my first experience doing an amazon return with UPS stores. The manager Sam helped me. She was super nice and easy to work with, she made my return super easy. I will be back for future returns.

Excellent customer service, easy Amazon returns. I have a mailbox here and it's a great value for the services they provide.

It has been great having a mail box here until we get settled. We love getting an email notification when a package arrives.
Staff is always very friendly.
2020 update - 4 years later and we still have our box here and are very happy with it. We use it mainly when we don't want packages to come to our house, or don't want to give our home address.

I have been sending packages from this store for years, and have never had anything, but excellent service. I won't take my packages anywhere else. They are so helpful, and friendly. Any concerns I have they set my mind at ease. Love all the special cards they have too.

Cameron was a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Labor day weekend, Saturday 15 minutes before close....... full line and still carried my super heavy package to my vehicle. So nice and thoughtfully respectable. Never wanna get mail from any where else.

Rebecca, in the McMinnville, Oregon store, is a absolute keeper ! She went over and above with her helping me , helping me get a microwave in my car, got the package sent back. Thank you so much, Rebecca !! Shout out to you. I've also NEVER had a issue with this store !
