Damien was excellent. He thoroughly assessed my issues, made all applicable adjustments, and fully explained my situation. He also completed the original install that was done during the pandemic. Damian is a great people person. He is a keeper for sure.

I have also had very good experience with Hunter over the last 4 years. Fantastic customer service and excellent ISP reliability. Thanks for being here for us in the underserved countryside.

I called Miles this afternoon, frustrated that I couldn't get my printer to connect with our computers. He patiently walked me through the set-up after we had a new router installed. I had reached my technical skills limit. Now everything works like a charm. We are lucky to have local service personnel rather than trying to talk with technicians not proficient in English and who are reading from cue cards. Miles was great.

Damian did an excellent job with the install and finished well before the estimated time. Was very clean and neat. He also picked up after himself and took all garbage with him.

On or about 3-6-24 we experienced a rebellion by our HP Pro 8600. Up until this time this printer had been a trusted workhorse. In a matter of one day, our printer relationship was degraded from stellar to a complete divorce. All our devices were denied printing privileges. Pro 8600 went incommunicado.
On Wednesday 3-13, your associate Alyse was empathetic to our plight and set up a same day appointment for us with a Hunter tech. Isaiah was to arrive at 3:30. He was actually 15 minutes early, a punctual young man. Isaiah swapped out our obsolete router and commenced to work his magic. Believe me, our Pro 8600 absolutely resisted all his charms. Isaiah remained adamant; he refused to be intimidated. His diligence paid off. Almost two hours of hard work finally caved the Pro 8600.
We are now the happy couple living with a once-again working printer. Obviously you are able to deduce that we are seniors with just the right amount of computer savvy to keep us right on the edge of chaos.
Thank you for sending Isaiah to our door! We would highly recommend him to your customers.

Had a wonderful experience. Gabriel was very helpful setting up our account and appointment. Jordan Lane, the installer was great and professional. The install, went smoothly, and the speed of my internet is amazing!

Damian came out today and got us setup for internet for the home office. What a pleasant experience! Damian is very pleasant and well informed. Walked us through all we needed to know and made sure everything was working properly.

Edit: I had been having some issues with wireless and wired connectivity and was preparing to call support when out of nowhere there was a knock at the door. Adam, a tech turned sales rep for Hunter Comm was making sales calls. I explained the issue and he asked if he could come in and check it out. He got it up and running again and called to have someone check into the issues. We exchanged phone numbers and I was told to let him know when it went out again. So I did the next night.
Adam is awesome. I have to say this now. It was his day off. He was on his way to go fishing. It was REALLY early in the morning. But he came by with a new patch cable.
Though our connectivity issues persisted, Adam and Damian (our install tech) managed to figure out through troubleshooting where the issue really was - to be fair, our new kitten had managed to squeeze behind a table and chew several pin holes through the original patch cable, so we were all pretty certain that was the issue originally - and again, though it was his day off, Adam was still working to resolve my issues.
Damian was great, personable, and quick, and the next part would be about him had Adam not come to the door, I'm sure.
Adam needs a raise. The dude is a total rockstar. Off the clock, early in the morning, super friendly, and personally handling the issue as if it were his own.

Original Post: I'd never heard of this company until moving out to Willamina. This was the only company that would even bother to work with me, which immediately scored them points. Only took a couple of weeks of waiting between scheduling the appointment and it actually happening. Our technician, Damian, was the perfect mix of casual and professional, chatting with us while making quick work of the installation. He summarized the account process and benefits of the app, made sure we were connecting, cleaned up after himself and politely bid us farewell. Damian, you're a champion.

To top it off, the 1gig/200mb speeds were immediate, unlike pretty much all the alternative companies in the county.

Had a bad connection issue and tried to work through it myself.
Called Hunter and they saw issues on their side due to weather. They sent Scott and Issaia out while I was at work. My wife met with them while I dealt with some items via phone with them.
We were so impressed with overall level of customer service and the face to face-phone to phone with Scott, Isaiha and Miles....service like it should be!! Other companies should take classes from the local Hunter team! We are cured, have a new provided router, far better than what we had as well as all new component on the outdoor system. VERY SATISFIED! more stars needed for SCOTT, ISAIHA and MILES.

What a great experience getting my internet connection installed by Damian and Hunter Communications. From setting the appointment to the install itself, everything was clear, efficient, cheerful and spot-on. Can't ask for more. In particular, Damian was terrific. Thank you!

We had Damian install a line of sight repeater to another part of our propterty. It's amazing service but not as amazing as our installer. He was punctual, professional, courteous, fast, and cleaned up everything prior to leaving. Hunter Comms needs more folks like him. Quite the example to follow and representative for your company.

Damian showed up before on time. He was friendly and professional, and got the installation done quickly.

Mcminnville location has an amazing staff from installation to customer care. Miles and John are a big part of why I dumped Starlink and came back to Hunter!

Adam was terrific! Both friendly and professional. He took time to explain the service and answered all my questions. During the install he made sure all my devices connected and working at maximum levels. So far I am very happy I made the switch to Hunter Communications!

Damian saved the day and got our wifi up and running and made sure it was running before he left. Thank you Scott as well for the initial setup. You guys rock!

Very solid and reasonably priced service. Damien did a fantastic job installing for us and letting us know how everything works. I live in the boondocks and was frustrated with the flaky performance of Starlink - much happier with Hunter fixed wireless.

Damian was great proffesional and hilarious as he cracked a joke or 2. Answered my questions to the best of his abilities and as honestly as possible. Definitley grateful i came to this company as the wifi is pretty good so far. Give this man a raise. He was done with in 2 hours.

Set up was efficient and reps, techs, and all staff were friendly. Damian did our internal set up. He was courteous and quick. Service currently seems way better than our previous provider - hopefully it stays that way!

Our internet was down …I called Adam and he was here within the hour and had every thing up and going in about fifteen minutes. Awesome service! And what a personable young man. Thank you Adam!
