Thorough, professional and caring. From registration to leaving, you won't spend a lot of time there. Maybe an hour but you will leave much better off than when you went in.

The WHOLE Staff is AMAZING!! 💖 I love them. They genually care about the patients and that's not something you get at a doctors office. Well this Team of nurses and doctors show love and real care. This is by far hands down the best clinic I have EVER been to!! Highly recommend them if you're looking for a doctor!! 💖 The WHOLE ENTIRE STAFF ARE SUPER SWEET and they listen to you I could literally just go on about how amazing they all are but y'all get the point ❤ have a wonderful day 🤗

I've been an RN for 35+ years. Getting close to retiring and unfortunately needed to find a Dr. In my town. I did, but I can tell you, if my my insurance and retirement permitted, I'd still be going to her today. I can truly say she saved my life. She's the best Dr. I've ever had, and i miss her so much!!

Awesome just moved here from NLR went to first visit today very concerned and exceptional and friendly staff. Going back Monday for full physical. Love the people and the efficient way the nurse practitioner cared for and about me. Always answered the phone in a very timely matter didn't have to call 2 or 3 times. Answers on first call. Best doctors visit ever. Keep up the awesome work.

She's friendly...caring;

calming and ask questions and narrow downs your issues and gets to the bottom of things""which I love and she really cares about me.

Great providers, TERRIBLE customer service. Called for a referral, took 5 days to get a response, and then went to the appointment that THEY made, and the other office didn't have a referral. NEVER answer the phone on first two times calling, long wait times in office. Truly disappointed because I do genuinely like the doctors and DNP specifically, but extremely upset with rest of staff.

Went to get blood work done because I had been having fainting spells, we were able to rule out diabetes but there was never any follow-up to see what else may have been wrong. It was just “well, your A1C is fine!” and there was no effort made to find other causes. This same day, the nurse who was drawing blood (and bragged about being fast-tracked through her degree because of COVID) could not even find my vein to insert the needle. She stuck me 5 or 6 times, HARD, and kept telling me that my veins were “too deep” and “weirdly placed” before she had to call one of the other nurses (who got it on the first try) to come and do it for her.

As far as Dr. McGarry goes, she sent me to a psychiatrist to get diagnosed with a learning disability, and she wrote me a prescription as well. When I tried to renew my prescription one month later, she told me that she had never heard of this psychiatrist and that she had never prescribed me that medication. Acted like she had no clue what I was talking about, and almost insinuated that I had illegally obtained this prescription. After I kept pushing, she finally let me renew, but not without telling me that she had “lost” my file and that was why she didn’t know about the psychiatrist or the medicine. I never went back because of all of this. It’s not fun to feel gaslit by a medical professional and then to be told “I actually lost all of this crucial information about your health, oopsie!”

Wooooooowwww! And I am still appalled by the way I was treated as a new patient trying to make an appointment. Never in my life have I been treated the way I was. Do not call this doctor's office if you are anything like me. I have a hard time making doctor's appointments as it is the appointments as it is and then to be treated the way that I way that I was I will never call this person back again. The 1st question I was asked seemed normal what kind of insurance do you have but then when I told her she assumed that it was medicaid and told me that I had to come in and fill out a packet which the doctor must approve prior to me making any appointment If that's not discrimination I don't know what else is What is this world coming to do you not get profiled enough as it is but profile now by a doctor who supposed to be providing medical care I was in the medical field myself and I did it out of the goodness of my heart obviously this person's doing it out of the goodness of their wallet Thank you but no thanks I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

Went in for a UTI. I'm self pay (I have no insurance) and have never missed a payment. Today the new office manager refused to set up a payment plan and I'm broke at the moment. I get paid on Friday. I was interrupted mid-visit and sent on my way. It's sad when the doctor and her employees are only concerned with money. To hell with the patient. Regardless how serious it may be. And if I go to the hospital, it will be at least a $1200! Here's hoping I don't get sepsis!

Well if I didn’t have to put a star she wouldn’t get one. Like previous clients said in other comments she relies on her nurses to diagnose the patient’s whom seem to mis diagnose a lot! My gall bladder was causing me problems and she wants to throw pills at me and say nothing is wrong. I refused to accept the pills so then Mrs.Patricia decides to dismiss me as a patient. It’s my right to refuse any medicine I don’t agree with. It’s a disgrace that a doctor would dismiss a patient just because they don’t agree with the decision the doctor made and not discuss second options. She wouldn’t even tell me what was wrong with me. Just ibuprofen and sleep! I went to the hospital 4 different times now since then because she totally messed up my doctors forms. Saying I refused her medical attention and lied on my forms. It’s been really hard to find a doctor but I did and he is actually doing his job instead of acting like a doctor. She really needs to be sued and staff does to for running a so called doctors office that has no business being there. Yes, and I said staff to cause y’all are the most rudest self center make believe nurses or house wives I’ve ever seen in my life.

While Dr. McGarry may be a good doctor, she relies too heavily on her nurse practitioner. That's only a problem because while many nurse practitioners are extremely adept, organized and responsive, this one isn't always so. However, if you complain about her (e.g., for not calling in meds or referrals in a timely manner), Dr. McGarry will simply accept whatever the nurse practitioner tells her without asking the patient for their side of things.

This actually happened to my daughter, who once expressed frustration about having to call 3 times in as many weeks and still had received no referral. Two days after the 3rd call (which by the way I was present for), she got a letter in the mail from Dr. McGarry dismissing her as a patient because she was "reportedly" rude to the nurse practitioner.

This was totally unexpected: not only has my daughter never been accused of being rude to anyone, she hadn't even been able to see Dr. McGarry herself in over a year because she'd been out of the office so much! My immediate question was, are patients automatically considered rude if they express frustration at a lack of responsiveness? This is their health and life, not a handbag purchase!

I wonder if Dr. McGarry even knew who my daughter was when she wrote that letter, much less HOW she was. In my opinion, someone might be medically-knowledgeable, but if they don't care enough to listen to their patients or even regularly see their patients, what good are they? Do better Dr. McGarry!
