Was in search of a popular cellular camera that was out of stock everywhere online and in store. Contacted the owner via Facebook messenger and was told when the new stock would be in and even took time out of his day to message me back the next day to tell me that the stock was going quick if I wanted one, which I appreciate greatly from a local store.
