Americold Logistics Ft Smith Hwy 45

I just want to chime in on the chaos I feel overall satisfied with Americold they where very nice giving they deal with a bunch of mad man all day and business is booming they are very busy so just be on time if you late you might not get loaded to the next day business is business why would they jeopardize one customer relationship for a customer who isn't on time #Sygma proud customer

This has always been my favorite americold place too go too. They are quick And efficient. They might be able to get you early. But it all depends if they already have your freight pulled and rdy. If not. You will have to wait till the day of your appt. The check in ppl are really nice and cool. If you check in the day b4 your appt They will keep you in the system so you won’t have to come back and checkin. You will just wait for a call. But I say still go back in on the day of your appt just in case.

Checked in at 5:30pm for a 7:00pm appointment. Was told to go to staging lot up the street and they'd call when they had a door available. Got call at 7:15pm to back in front of dock with doors closed and was told someone would be out to tell me when to open the doors. 8:00pm I backed in and was loaded by 8:20pm. Pulled forward and he sealed the door and got the call to get the paperwork at 8:40pm. Cannot complain. Would definitely come back. Easy backing and people were nice!!

I've been here 3 times. The first time was in 2021, the second 22 and today 5/19/23. They are usually pretty fast working. The people are very nice and they don't mind me having my pup. Restrooms are inside by driver check in.

Very good unload time. If you have to reload from here, make sure your trailer is washed out between.

No complaint here. Checked in at 0730 for a 0900 was immediately put in door and was empty by 845. Great service and friendly staff.

Pickup appointment was set for 13:00, arrived at 09:30 called to a door at 09:45. Opened doors at 11:30, bills in hand at 12:20. Thank you, with the week I’ve had with shippers and receivers disrespecting my time I needed this!

Shipping office open 7am. They will inspect trailer, so have it washed out and clean, fuel @ ¾or above, Precool trailer to -10. They will make you go fuel and washout. Overnight parking is allowed at staging.

Arrived 2hrs early for pick up, yard dog came over to me and immediately put in dock. Loaded within two hours. Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I would come here anytime!

Got unloaded 1 day earlier. In 30 minutes check in and out with paperwork

Supervisor Mike Ilari is super nice.
Office staff Melva Iraheta is great and helpful.
Fast and easy unloading 👌
Available Overnight parking.
I will happily come back if dispatched to.

Nice place to pick up load fast loading Take 45 minutes to get loaded we come back. I wish everybody gonna be loaded in this time.

I will say is great company to me every one will have different experiences for me they great my appointment was at 9:00 am and arrived 20:00h they took 8 minutes to unload me without even asking when Is my appointment time so they good company

Very nice people, only waited an hour even though I was late for pick up, attached map to show access, overflow parking & CAT scale. Have a great day!

I have never met a company as easy to get along with as this one. I came in seven hours early for my appointment and asked if I could drop my trailer for them to load while I take my 10 hour break. The lady behind the counter looked at me, smiled and sure. She only asked that when I drop my trailer, then I slide my tandems to the rear, pretty cool my trailer to -10 and leave load locks in the rear. I cannot tell you what that type of response means to an OTR driver. I will never think twice about picking up from this company and will do so with a smile on my face knowing the type of people that I will be dealing with.

PRE COOL YOUR REFER TO -10 BEFORE YOU GET HERE. Showed up a few minutes before my appointment time, got a door right away. They started loading me right after they checked my refer temp. Very important to pre cool. Can’t start loading till temp is below 20 degrees. Area can get a little busy, backing is not too bad.

Pretty much this if you are trying to pickup frozen foods go to left on 45 at the light if you are dry foods stay on 45 go check in go to the dirt lot wait to be called have your pick up number slide your tamdems back
