Forrest Brook Apartments and Townhomes

I’ve lived here for a few months now and I’m loving it. It’s a quite area for Fort Smith , the apartments themself are kept up with nicely, management is always super friendly and helpful

Great place to live! Nice area, nice apartments, and great management! Maintenance is always incredibly quick to respond to repairs, generally same day. I've never had such a great experience living in apartments!

I lived in Forrest Brook for 3 years and I loved it. My apartment was nice, all appliances worked and my land lord was always accommodating and friendly. I only moved due to work placement but hands down best apartment complex in Fort Smith, ar !

Now that the new management has taken over she makes sure that things are taken care of in a manly order.. There is now maintenance sheets by the mangers office that she has put out if you need something done to your unit and it will and does get fixed. Unlike the old management.. She is easy to talk to.. thank you for all you do..

Been here for 3 months and we absolutely love it! Very pet friendly, the walking trail is great, quiet area and the apartments are really nice.

I've lived at Forrest Brook a little over a year and have enjoyed it overall. Its a surprisingly quiet area considering it's right off of Rogers Ave, and the management/maintenance/neighbors have all been very nice and helpful! The apartments are a little expensive for the size, but they're cozy and have the potential to create a very "homey" atmosphere. Parking could be better, but it's far from the worst I've seen.
