Holiday Inn Express Fort Smith Executive Park

We checked in with Trevor at the front desk who was very friendly and helpful. Need a few oddball request and no problem at all. Excellent service.
Then in the morning the breakfast was excellent for a hotel breakfast. The lady who was attending the breakfast area was on top of everything. We were very impressed with how well she was on top of cleaning after guest and staying ahead of the food needs. This was for the morning of 7/1/18. I failed to get her name but impressive service.

This hotel is consistent with the other stays with other holiday inn Express in other locations. Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was immaculate. Pillows fluffy and perfect. The room was cleaned and towels refreshed daily. The breakfast selection was consistent with other Holiday Inn express hotels, the breakfast attendant kept everything well stocked and tidy.

So amazed to find an up-to-date, immaculate hotel that was pet-friendly. Every area of the room was very clean and user oriented. Even the pillows had cases embroidered with the word either soft or firm. The lobby was lovely with spring flowers. Staff was gracious as well.

Easy access and located away from freeway noise. Pleasant staff. Comfy bed. Shower was incredibly enjoyable with great water pressure ... had a wonderful massage effect. Price very reasonable. Didn't stay for breakfast, but saw the setup of a nice selection. 5+ Stars!

The staff here was very friendly, had a nice pool for my nephews and neice to play in before bed time. The rooms smelled a little but that usually happens in places with window units. Over the experience was great.

I'm really enjoying the break. Wonderful room, came with Keurig coffee machine,had to read it, took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub, temp about 107 there sign said, sure felt good on my aging body. All this and more for a wonderful price in my opinion. Everyone would enjoy th daye getaway every once in a whiler.

I have been staying at this hotel for approximately 12 weeks, and will continue to stay here for an additional 10 weeks. During this time I have been able to experience their customer service through and through. I can personally say that the service provided by Eliza, as well as all other staff members has been top notch. I would highly recommend staying here.

Your guy Trevor was great at front desk. I spent a long day of traveling and he took care of me and accommodated my needs and went above and beyond with the welcome points. Very pleasant stay. Kudos to you sir!! Will be staying here again

Our stay is always great here. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and beds are comfy. Breakfast is also nice, especially the cinnamon rolls.

I always have a extremely pleasureable time while staying there. The staff are courteous and helpful. Breakfast buffet is quite good..I stay there every time I'm in town.

Clean. Soft beds. Nice people. Nice pool. Jacuzzi was nice but had a dirty film at the top of the water. Good location.

5 star great breakfast the kitchen girl shay i think is her name is very friendly i watched her work she does a great job her food taste wayyyy better than the mexican lady and shay is a loy more sanitary i love it she needs to work 7 days a week when i stay frontdesk girl was nice rooms were clean good job hokiday inn express your boss must be very proud
