Each team member was patient and informative in addressing my multitude of questions, respecting my curiosity as we identified the best system for my needs, making recommendations to service two households on my farm including a small battery back-up for when the grid goes down. The team at New Farm Solar, Anthony, Patrick, Andrew and Brock are top notch. From the initial steps of planning the system for my needs to the whole installation process, they were very meticulous, professional and best of all honest.
I have a great appreciation for the work they did for my 20 Kw Solar system install. Prior to the install, I have gotten multiple quotes from various business but never in the process of dealing with New farm Solar, I felt any kind of pressure or given false promises. Anthony is very knowledgeable with Solar setups .I had multiple emails back and forth discussing details of the system as I wanted to go with new generation inverters..although they never did that inverter setup, they took their time and resources to do the install properly. To this day, we are working on fine tuning it and I am thankful that I went with them.

In the conception phase, the pricing and project details were clear and straight forward. We started our Solar journey by speaking with several local companies and were impressed by the knowledge and lack of high pressure sales tactics New Farm Solar came to us with.
During set up and construction, they were informative, efficient, and the on site crew was very respectful and did a great job. They left my property in beautiful shape and were so cognizant of what they were doing and how it would effect the esthetic of our property for they 3 days they were on site.
Once the construction was complete, New Farm did a great job following up with us and has continued to quickly answer any remaining questions and clarifications that we've had as we learn how to interpret the data we are receiving from the panels.

Worked with Andrew, Anthony, and Patrick to have a system designed and installed at my house in Fayetteville. New Farm Solar made the process easy by sending me an electronic solar plan, showing my house, the proposed panels, shade issues, etc. and information about the panels and cost, and then getting the system approved and installed. I would recommend New Farm Solar for a new solar system!

New Farm Solar installed panels on my roof in Cotter, AR in January 2023; they were activated in mid-February after inspections by the City of Cotter and Entergy. It took a while for the billing dept. of Entergy to figure out what was going on, but eventually my bills went down to $12.54 a month, which I think is just a standard fee to stay connected to the grid. The bills the previous summer were about $120 during the hottest months, so $12.54 was a welcome improvement. I was very pleased with the technicians from New Farm Solar and thought they were very professional in addition to being nice folks. I would recommend New Farm Solar very highly to anyone considering installing solar panels. --Emily Kaitz

I love our setup that Patrick designed for our farm. Our panels sit on our large barn and power is fed to our home..By design, we now have a breaker box to run lights in the barn when we get time.

These are the only people to call for your solar needs. They did a fantastic job of working with me to lay out the right system for my needs not what they have in the warehouse and want to sell. The installation was great and they went above and beyond in dealing with the electric company to get everything approved. They provided the best service and had a price that was much less than some of the other places. Save yourself time shopping around and just deal with New Farm. They are the best!

The system has been up and running for a year now. It is operating exactly like it was planned and has had 0 issues. The few questions I have had were quickly answered. They have been great to work with!

These guys were great to work with. They worked with me on both the price and the components to make sure I got what I was wanting and at a competitive price. They sent out a site engineer rather than a salesman too, which was appreciated. Once it came to the install, it was very quick. The workers were curtius and explained what they were doing and next steps all along the process, from preparing for the install to getting us selling energy.

Patrick and his crew were very professional and prompt which is very hard to find around this part of the country. Patrick patiently explained the system to me and ensured I was knowledgeable about the system. My system was new construction and he worked closely with me to ensure my utility room was configured properly to hold all of the solar equipment and the other services also. Our hybrid set up plan required integrating an existing whole house generator. This was no problem for the team. Everything went together seamlessly and worked even better than expected.

New Farm Solar were very helpful to me. I was late in the year trying to get my panels installed before the rebate changed and they were very helpful in making that happen. I love my solar panels. They work great and my electric bill is not gonna be an issue in my retirement years if the panels last as long as their warranty. I have had the panels for 16 months. Also, if I have ongoing questions, I contact New Farm Solar via email and they answer them. I am a very satisfied customer and think everyone who has good sun for 7 hours a day should get them installed immediately. It's a no brainer and will pay for itself in less time than you think, it's environmentally friendly and makes getting the electric bill exciting!
