Juicy Tails Fayetteville

Me and my friend at here today because we wanted a crab boil but didn’t want to make it ourselves and it was AMAZING. Best choice I’ve made in a while the food came out fast, steaming hot and FRESH!! I was shocked because I didn’t know Fayetteville had such amazing seafood. My absolute favorite thing are the muscles next time I will just get those!
We were also served by Sam and she made the experience all the better with her helpful suggestions and recommendations, we will definitely be back and bring more friends next go round. It’s my new fave spot, won’t be traveling to KC anymore for good crab boils.

This was our first time here. Even though they were out of so many items, we still had a very enjoyable meal. Their fried okra was very tasty as was their gumbo. The only complaint I would have is that their garlic sauce for the food wasn't all that garlicky tasting. I got the garlic mixed with the lemon pepper, so mine was pretty darn good. Oh yes, I would also suggest that they have a Cajun sausage as well as their smoked sausage. Our meal overall was great, as was our waitress, Lauren. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. We will definitely be back.

First time trying Juicy Tails and the food was amazing!! The Argentina shrimp was delicious. The service was amazing! Sam our server was so helpful and very attentive! I highly recommend juicy tails to all the seafood lovers!!!

Every time I visit juicy tails I am met with exceptional service. Sam, our server, always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. The food is always hot, fresh, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere and music always delivers and the food is the closest thing you’re gonna get to a real Louisiana boil. Highly recommmend!

Beside that fact that they have decent portions, the gumbo was on point. I’m talking bout Lake Charles or Houma La gumbo. The fried seafood basket was cooked perfectly with a quality oil so even though it was fried it wasn’t greasy like I’ve found in all other NWA area places. Everything was seasoned perfectly to accent what’s being served. Many places over season to mask that they don’t know what they’re doing. Highly recommend!!!

I absolutely luv this place!! It's so good and the prices are amazing. 6 of us went to eat there and it was only $97. Their Gator tacos are too die for. All around, this place is great.

The food was absolutely awesome. demarcus was on point and his gator bites were delish. The service provided by Taylor, the floata, and manager Lyndsay was spectacular. Recommend the shrimp boil with corn and sausage. Lots of meat for two.

Had a great time with great food. Should have hoped the spice but I was sharing with my boy. Had true Seafood Fest at a Medium with the Woo Pig sauce. Wife got the tenders.

First time trying Juicy Tails. The food was amazing. Sam helped us with the menu and she was really helpful! I have some dietary restrictions and she went to the kitchen to check for the ingredients, which was greatly appreciated. Would be back for sure!!

I have traveled all over the world, and Juicy Tails-Fayetteville is by far the best sea food I have ever had.

The servers were great!! The food was hot and fresh and everyone was very nice!

If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would do it! This place is incredible; I'm only sorry we didn't discover it until last evening! The food is AMAZING & very fresh for being located in a landlocked place. It's like going to eat in Jamaica or the east or west coasts without having to leave home! We ordered the following & ALL were superior & delicious: crawfish & sausage etoufee, lobster with the cajun seasoning, medium heat, with sides of corn & potatoes, 2 sides of the bread, wine & beer. Our server was fantastic & efficient, & helped us learn to use the implements to get the lobster out of the shell well. The atmosphere is great; this is a VERY happy place & the dining experience was superb. Finally, although not a "cheap meal," we found the pricing to be doable & certainly very reasonable for the delectable food. Now that we've found Juicy Tails, we will be returning again & again!!!!

Loved it! A bit pricey though.
2nd trip. Food is still very tasty. We will be back. Still think prices should be a cheaper.

We called an order in for dinner and when we picked it up, realized that one of the dishes was tossed in a sauce we weren't expecting. The bartender/front waitress reordered the dish without the sauce and had it out to us very quickly so we could get home and enjoy our food. Not only was the food delicious, she handled the situation politely and professionally. We will definitely be back to enjoy their food again, in part because of the great customer service.

We ordered the Jumbo shrimp and strawberry mimosas and it was so good. Also our server, Sam was great she brought out our food and drinks quickly.

The bartender Alyssa was sweet. I love her.
Catfish basket is amazing.
I can already tell the difference in food and service since being under new management.
And the new manager Char came and checked on my dinner which I thought was very thoughtful.
Pleasant experience all in all. Will definitely be going back very soon. Would recommend giving them a try if your in the area. You won't be disappointed.

Very good services. Good seafood. I saw the bad reviews online. But it is different from what I experienced. That is why I make this review. The seafood I ordered is seafood fest plus. The seasoning is lemon pepper and Cajun mixed. That was delicious. Thank you so much for my server. I am so sorry that I forgot her name.

I come here quite often, this time was just alittle better and it was because our my waitress Sam, really did a great job. Highly recommend.

Food was good, expensive. Service was average. Good atmosphere.

I rate the service as a 3 star, but give the restaurant a 5 star because I know the wait staff is capable, there were just very complicated customers around us, and we didn't require much. Best catfish in town. Amazing gator bites. Really good fries.
