We Paint La Grande

We Paint La Grande painted the exterior of our home. Parker, Geoffrey and crew, Tanner, Hayden and Jimmy were excellent! Professional, thorough, thoughtful and with a great attention to detail. They listened to our wants, concerns and didn't bat an eye with our fussiness. I was especially impressed with the pre-paint prep.
They were a pleasure to work with, did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend them!

"We Paint La Grande" has painted my house, and most recently my other building, a two-story shop/apartment. I was given an accurate estimate, which also gave me options for any upgrades that I wished to make. I appreciate the care and time I was given to get exactly what I wanted. The prep, painting, trim, and all details were done beautifully and quickly. The painters checked regularly to make sure that everything was just as I wanted. These painters not only do an excellent job, but every single person in this company treats the customer with respect.

I have had We Paint La Grande paint two houses, and I can't speak highly enough of them. They are professional and make the process enjoyable. Their work is very thorough and they use quality products. Working with contractors in this area is difficult --these guys are the exception.

We Paint La Grande went way beyond with their customer support. We had our garage/shop painted two summers ago. We had a small area on a trellis that had some flaking paint. We hoped that WPLa Grande would maybe touch up the affected area but instead they sent the whole crew up and spent more than half a day sanding, priming and painting the whole trellis! In fact they were back the next morning making it perfect! Amazing customer service!

Did a great job prepping and painting the house except for one thing.. The did nothing to protect the plants around the house. One plant I was told they would trim back a little was chopped to the ground They told me the paint would do no damage to the plants because it was latex. However, several plants are sick and the Lace Leaf Maple appears to be dying. When I called them about it I had to leave a message and they have not returned my call. I really like the paint job they did but you need to be aware that your plants may not survive. They also said my lawn would recover from the dead spot they caused but it hasn't so far.

UPDATED: Once WPLG saw the dead Lace Leaf Maple they replaced it with a new one and the lawn did eventually recover. They exhibited a very good attitude about correcting my concerns.
