These guys set me up really, really well. They helped me save money on a deal they had in store, helped me make sure the part I was looking for was right, AND let me use a couple tools in the parking lot to ensure that the part was indeed just what I needed. Can't appreciate them enough. Whoever works afternoons on Saturday needs a raise.

I love the honesty and integrity of the staff here. I went in for a part that I didn't need and the manager told me he'd rather me not waste my money on it and led me in the right direction for about $100 cheaper. Excellent parts, prices, and service!

There is a lady named Pam and a man named Will who really make this store a 5 star store. Will is always friendly and helpful.. Pam is very good at making you feel good as a customer. She always goes out of her way to help solve your problems and find the best solution solution. Pam makes me call this store my " Go to " store.

A young man named Reed helped me in every way I needed he checked all my fluids and even fill them up for me!

All the staff was very helpful with my return they did everything they could for me they even helped carry the parts that I was returning into the store because they were very heavy. I'm now a Rewards member and I'm proud of it and I highly recommend this AutoZone they are great people and they have great prices.

People were helpful but I wish they had more steel wheel covers to choose from

On Friday New Years Day , my daughter’s car would not start. My first thought was to have the battery checked to see if the battery was good. It tested bad, which in my eyes that was a good thing, that was the problem. Will installed the battery and wiper blades. He was very informative and friendly. I just wanted to take the time to say “Well done AutoZone”.

Great place to go if you already know exactly what you need. If you're clueless about anything though ask around with the workers. They do their best to help you figure it out....and lots of cool accessories that give you great ideas on personalizing your ride.

Always helpful. Most have good customer service. When I go in I look for Will 1st. Seems knowledgeable and have great customer service. Always go here.

Helpful friendly staff. Quick service.

Was on a road trip from Atlanta to Oklahoma City when my alternator blew. This Autozone was the closest auto repair shop to me, and I was lucky enough to roll right in. The guys checked my battery and alternator, confirmed my problem, and let me borrow some tools to replace the part out in the parking lot. They were good guys and I’m very thankful that the delay was only maybe 30-minutes because of the guys who were in the shop that day.

Auto parts, the guys inside were polite, unsold me a few thing I did need anyways. Provided me with a VA discount saving me over 30.00 dollars. Helpful and knowledgeable.

Right part, great price, easy pickup. And now I'm back on the road, no stress required. What more could you ask for?

We just moved back to Van Buren a couple of years ago and we love living close to this Auto Zone. The staff is always super helpful and we are in and out quickly so we can get back to our projects.
