Long John Silver's

Food was super fresh! And the service was awesome! The young man at the counter was so friendly and welcoming! He's the type of employee I'd want to hire.

BEST SEAFOOD AROUND. We were pleasantly surprised however we had to wait 45 minutes for our food. There was only one employee running the place or we saw one car in the lot. Either way it’s a skelton crew. I got chicken since I’m not a seafood eater but I tried my husband’s coconut shrimp and fell in love.

The people there were really nice and pleasant and they joked with you and they were very accurate and very nice place to have lunch or dinner it was really nice I enjoyed myself and so did my daughter it was very very clean very nice but do it all the time if I could

Nice employees got out late order as quickly as it could be cooked

Always enjoyed this place usually good service and not to terribly long wait for food.

Just Luke the good Ole days, tho wish they brought back that chalupa wrap thing they used to have, it was so good, bring it back please!!!!!

Guy in the window was new. He had a sense of humor, and he was nice which seems to be rare at fast food places anymore.

Have driven by several times and always avoided this one due to disappointment from other previous LJS stores.

Was I wrong!!!!!! The store was awesome, Menu items choices I have never seen in a Long John Silver before. The fish reminded me of my childhood when Long John Silver was the go to place for fried fish, chicken, shrimp and now the offer Salmon and fish tacos too!!!!!!!!

Van Buren Long John Silver, you have restored my faith in LJS with your customer service, store appearance and best of all you great food.

Best of all for those who don't do fried, there is a "grilled" option 😋

She's a one woman show! I don't mind waiting because the only employee we have seen the past few times we've been in there works her butt off to make sure the doors stay open. I'm not sure of her name but she deserves to own the place!!!! Food is ALWAYS hot. Never tastes like it's been sitting under the heat lamp!

Dine-In Open. The service was fast, and friendly. We ordered the 2 fish, 3 chicken, 2 hush puppies, and 2 sides, it was hot and delicious. They serve Pepsi products, so I was even happier. I don't normally do fish, but it was very good. I just wish I got the name of the lady that took our order, she was helpful, polite, and friendly. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place to get tasty fish, fast, and friendly service

Customers were horrible. Kept screaming and yelling at the employees and the having the audacity to try and call corporate. Thought I was seeing a little kid throwing a temper tantrum. Staff was really sweet until the lady started throwing at the cashier and the cashier went to the bathroom crying. Manager told her to leave and here and her family kept screaming at them. Manager had to threaten to call the cops and that set the lady off. She did not leave until the Manager was fake calling the police. On her way out she poured her drink on the floor and dumped a box of crumbles she had asked for all over the place then broke the bell by the door. When I tell you she then proceeded to like the window on the door I'm still trying to process that this is a grown woman. People. You go to restaurants and fast food places to buy food. Not the employees life's. This is ridiculous. And if you ever go somewhere and get food and the cashier or other employees are a little rude. Remember they deal with people like this on the daily

My wife had the fish and shrimp dinner which is always good. I tried something difference. I had the add on piece of salmon on a bed of rice. It was really tasty. The rice had a nice seasoning flavor as well.

Wonderful service and food came fast!!!

Awesome food and terrific staff. The guy named Chris was so sweet. He came by a few times and asked if everything was alright. He also asked me if he could get me a refill. We need more workers like him.

Tad bit greasy but very delicious , haven't been to one in a while hard to find a ljs very good if you like quick fish and shrimp.

Bathroom pretty dirty no paper towels

Ordered the large 16 pc and 4 sides family meal. My wife, myself, and our 2 grandchildren had an awesome lunch plus I had plenty to take for lunch the next day. Great value for the amount of food we received.

I have a friend that loves to hear I don't eat fish but they have an awesome chicken sandwich which I ordered I forgot all the stuff that came on the sandwich so I tried to buy a plain one and they insisted they just give me a new one. They have great customer service

I'm an odd one because I go here for the chicken. Just absolutely love the breading and the crunches

Staff was super friendly and the food was great! We'll definitely be going back!!
