Dr. Jamey Tinnin is AMAZING! He did an excellent job on my root canal today. Dr. Tinnin made sure that it was painless and took his time to make sure it was done right. His staff is well trained and very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Jamey Tinnin! 💕 Sissy

Had a root canal done here recently and was very impressed with staff including front desk and the assistants. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful in answering any questions or concerns that I had about both insurance and the procedure. Dr. Tinnin was very quick and efficient during the procedure and made it as painless and comfortable as possible. There is not much banter with the doctor compared to other dentists offices, but that did not really bother me because he talked long enough to inform me of the important parts of the procedure and what to expect (less small talk- more to the point). If you’re looking to get a root canal I’d definitely recommend this office. I am now pain free and very happy with the results.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here, from the office ladies to the assistants, to Dr. Tinnin himself! Everyone was so kind and eased my anxiety about getting a root canal done. I am so thankful they were able to get me in so quickly.

Didn't want to do this, but decided to get a root canal versus an implant for a tooth that suddenly went bad (and very painful). I felt very good about Dr. Tinnin's work. I am a skeptic as I have learned a lot about the potential dangers of having a root canal having seen too many problems in our functional medicine clinic and having experienced my own health crisis having to have (a bad) one pulled many years ago. They can wreak havoc on the entire body if they aren't done properly and get infected. However, I do believe there have been many advancements over the years, to include ozone, and have also learned to definitely use a specialized endodontist. Dr. Tinnin and staff are also very welcoming, friendly, comforting and professional. I would highly recommend them!

If you ever need a root canal I would absolutely recommend you go here. He explained everything to me and checked to make sure I was doing okay during the procedure. I didn’t feel any pain whatsoever. Great experience from the front desk all the way to the back.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Extremely sincere, friendly and thorough staff. Minimal wait time after arrival at each of my appointments.
Everything was explained beforehand to me and i was even given a summary of charges before any work was done showing what insurance would pay and what my financial responsibility would be. With winter weather moving into the area the day of my first appointment, Monica contacted me and let me know that they would work me in that morning to make sure I was seen before the roads got bad. I experienced no pain whatsoever during the root canal and very little soreness if any in the days after. Dr. Tinnin was professional yet personable and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Tinnin has always taken great care of our patients and is always willing to see them to get them out of pain if necessary. I’ve sent family members to him for root canal treatment and he would be the first person I would call if I needed a root canal. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Dr Jamey Tinnin. Best endodontist in town (and I have been to others). Very thorough and knowledgeable . My root canal was painless.

He is very nice and his work is very good and everybody there is really nice I would prefer him to any of my friends and family thank you for the root canal it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be ..

Staff 5/5. Ambiance 5/5. Office temp 1/5 as it was absurdly cold inside; likely close to 59 or 60 degrees. The outside temp was a cool 66, yet there was a notable drop in temperature upon entering the building.

The root canal was relatively professional but the handling of my payment and insurance was amateurish. They calculated what my part of the cost would be and made sure I paid before leaving. Then I received a bill saying I owed $400 more after insurance. They had received a payment from my health insurance but not my dental insurance. Why a dental office did not know the difference is disappointing. Monica was very unhelpful and snarky when I called trying to explain. If you have a choice, go elsewhere.

I’ve never felt more uncomfortable during a dental visit than I did , I have also never had a dentist lay all their tools out over my chest before…
He was beyond rude and very rough as well. Two separate root canals, both times not enough anesthesia was used, I was in incredible pain.
I would recommend literally anywhere over this place.

Very Unprofessional. I had a root canal scheduled for a month and 4 days before I get a call that they need to reschedule. Not because of an emergency or anything, but because he decided last minute to go on spring break!! I needed this procedure.. had my sedation medication purchased, a driver (to and from) arranged, day off of work, etc. And then this!! They never should have allowed me to book this procedure during spring break if there was a possibility of him taking off and once it was booked he should be professional enough to follow through.
I will be looking for another endodontist to complete my procedure, I just can't give my money to someone who cares so little about their patients.

he was very unprofessional and very very RUDE! and i was getting a root canal and i could feel the pain i was 100% not numb enough even though i was sedated and eventually he stopped and with only 5 mins of drilling they charged $200 plz go somewhere else.

I was told I needed a root canal. Got 4 other opinions and I do not need one! All 4 others I saw agree I don’t and that I am grinding my teeth and causing my muscle to hurt which is where my pain is, not in my tooth but my cheek.

Rather rude and unprofessional on the phone, not what I expect of a medical office.
