Jake was the best ever at answering all my questions about the hotel. Cutest little place to stay in El Dorado.

Located in and throughout ElDorado, Arkansas this is one of the coolest places we stay.
The Captain Ledge Band is a regional touring act so we stay in a lot of different places. Union Square Guest Quarters is among our favorite places to stay. The ambiance of the area is outstanding. The rooms are clean and at the same time historical and ALL the people are simply amazing. This is a well kept secret and an amazing place to spend a few days.

While taking a short trip to south Arkansas to visit family, my wife and I decided to stay in El Dorado. Feeling nostalgic, we decided to stay on the square that is home to many memories from growing up in this area. I am so glad we did! Union Square Guest Quarters made our visit one to remember! From booking the room to room accommodations to the breakfast experience, our stay was fun and refreshing! Two of my main critiques in staying at a new place is cleanliness and a comfortable bed…both of these were exceptional! In addition, we were able to walk around the square, view the scenery, reminisce and see all the new businesses that have come to El Dorado. Great shopping, great coffee houses, great environment!

Nice small town feel. Excellent service. Nice family that runs it. Clean. Easily the best place to stay within a 90 mile radius of El Dorado. This is the only lodging I've given 5/5 stars in 7 years.

I stayed a couple of nights here when visited my daughters. Rooms were clean, so peaceful, excepted for this dude blarring his music on a 3-wheeler. Which the hotel had no control over. This was a wonderful experience to stay at something so nice and to visit downtown El Dorado. I will stay here again. Oh almost forgot they gave me a complimentary breakfast of up to 10 dollars each which was more than enough for a good homemade breakfast. Excellent!

We stayed here in November and will be staying here again in April. It is the cutest place in the best location with amazing customer service. The rooms were very large and clean and fit perfectly into the historic vibe of downtown El Dorado. The location is perfect and is walking distance to all of the shops, bars and restaurants. We can't say enough good things about it and look forward to staying here again many times in the future. If you are staying in El Dorado, this is THE place to stay.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful historic rooms full of tidbits of el dorado history, helpful staff, and within walking distance of the best places to eat in town. If I am in El Dorado again I know where I’ll be staying.

The room was very clean and cozy. One of the best nights rests that I have had at a hotel in a very long time. I will definitely be back. Oh, and the shower is AMAZING! The check in was easy and fast as well.

This is a very awesome atmosphere. And very unique place to stay. We love the balconies that overlook the square. And there's so much you can do within walking distance of staying here. And the price is very affordable definitely a five-star rating

Very Loving Comfy Clean Room & Awesome Downtown Area & Courtyard. The 3 Restaurants were also enjoyed on my 8 day stay.

For similar folks like me who are avoiding any and all large cities, this area would be an awesome alternative to the interstate system. After teeth shattering drive on I20 through Shreveport, I hoped off the interstate and headed north. Smooth highways and less NASCAR wanna bees. Booked this hotel and am glad I did. Clean large rooms with balconies (bonus for cigar smokers). Staff amazing. Small town atmosphere in the middle of downtown. Walking distance restaurants including Fayrays. I really do not understand why it only has a 2 star rating.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. They upgraded our suite when we arrived at no charge just because. The room was very spacious and homey. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. The people of El Dorado, AR are extremely friendly!

They've got an odd process to get your room key if there's nobody at the front desk, but otherwise it's a great little place. Owner is incredibly friendly and accessable through phone at any time. Rooms are clean, though you can stay for weeks and still never run into anyone who works here. Aesthetically, they've got a really quaint antique sort of feel with big vaulted ceilings and exposed brickwork. Most of the furniture appears to be cool antiques as well. Great feel if you're a hipster. Breakfast is bare-bones but it gets the job done. Tons of berries, some meats, and eggs all served in an old train car. Place-settings make it feel like fine dinning, with cloth napkins, wine glasses, and fancy plates. Juices and coffee are available as well. It's in the dead center of town, less than a block from a coffee shop (live music sometimes), ice cream parlor (frozen yogurt), sandwich shop, and steak house, all of which seem to be locally owned and operated. Larger chain stores are a bit farther away, car recommended for those trips. Great stay in a cool small town! Feels a lot more authentic than bigger chain hotels.

Absolutely loved our stay in the downtown area. Booked the room for business event trip that my company provided services for at the conference center. Literally just a few blocks away. The breakfast at Off the rail is home-made southern style breakfast. The room was cozy and pillows were comfy. Loved being on the balcony in the evening time. Hallmark definitely needs to consider downtown Eldorado for a filming spot.
Farmers market had all sorts of goodies to purchase. I just wished that at least 1 restaurant would stay open for take-out past 10pm .

Best kept secret in downtown Eldorado. Great rooms at a very fair price and your literally walking distance to everything.

I have stayed in this hotel twice now, and I continue to be pleasantly surprised! The rooms/buildings are not only unique, quirky, and exquisite in their antiquity, but they are downright COMFORTABLE and LUXURIOUS. To top it all off, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful!

Spacious, clean room very charming atmosphere. Would highly recommend! Definitely better than other lodging in the area. Manager was very friendly and informative. I'm coming back!
