AT&T Store

The folks at this store are so very nice and very helpful will only do business with this store because they are always so good at helping us when we go in there we have never had a bad experience with this place. I wish I could Remer the young ladies name that helped us yesterday because she was so sweet and very good at her job. And the manager was just as nice we will only do our at&t business with this store!!

Everyone was super helpful, friendly and nice. Hannah made getting switched from Verizon to AT&T both times quick and easy. Also love how you can call and speak to someone in the local store

Erin is the store manager. She's awesome. But Hannah helped. I could not believe the depth of her knowledge after only thirty days working there. This was by far my best experience at any ATT store I've ever had.

Very good experience buying a new phone and I pad the young lady was very helpful and courteous and I love my new devices and am looking forward to using them for my new business

The sales associate, Aaron, was very helpful. She made sure I was getting the best options for my wireless service, and also suggested a Home internet solution for me that I ended up getting a contract for. It will be a great addition for my business dealings. Please tell her she was delightful and most definitely helpful. She seemed to genuinely want to help and through general conversation identified my possible needs which had solutions she could offer through AT&T. 😀

Talk to Sharikia on phone about upgrading phone and tablet. Was friendly and knowledgeable about products. Went into store and experienced this same associate who further was very helpful and made my purchase an enjoyable one.

Ok. I’m officially changing my review after yesterday’s visit. The old employees were the worst!!
My screen protector saved my phone but needed replacement. Didn’t want to drive to Monroe or Little Rock so we went to Eldorado to find new employees on June 24 2021 that new what they were doing and wanted to help and were super expeditious in getting their job done and done right.
Highly recommend.

Rashad and Brittany were so easy to work with! My husband and I came in to get new phones and watches, and they made it such an easy process. When I had an issue with my phone, Brittany remembered me and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this AT&T store!

Me and My husband were pleased with the service Meagan U. had for us at this store! We were set up with At&t Uverse and At&t Tv! Meagan made sure she set up all of our logins and wrote down our information for us so we wouldn't forget! Very great way to go out of the way for her customer!!! Give her a Raise!!!

I went into AT&T feeling defeated. With help from Rashad, all of my doubts and fears were melted away. He gave me the reassurance I needed and that meant alot. He was so caring and considerate of my needs. I am so thankful he was there to assist me.
