Another great experience with Home Depot! My son and I installed the brick panels in my kitchen. The seams needed to be painted to have the seams blend in. We had a small piece of the panel, so we took it and had the clerk "Color Match" the brick and grout. It was spot ON! It blended so well!!! I will place photos on this review but I will need to put a black water coat to blend with the other panels. It's a process....
While there we picked up others items as well.
The clerk in paint department was so very friendly and I would love to work with her everytime I need paint or help with colors and different textures. The store was super clean!! Prices are good and comparable to the area. They also give Military discounts!! And since my son served in the Air Force we were able to utilize this service. They are a dog friendly store but must have leash unless a very small dog that you will carry. The store is Handicapable and will help if you need something higher than you can reach.

Got excellent customer service today. We drive to ElDorado to do a lot of our shopping. Got a 5 cubic foot deep freezer for less than $200. The gentleman who helped us made sure to take the time to give us details about what we were buying. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Way to go Home Depot.

Went to Home Depot today and had the best customer experience ever there. From Dylan and Parker helping with our lumber order and Trent helping us pick out doors and windows. Jedaven was such a great help with loading all of the materials.

I don't always give 5 unless worthy. Clean store and bathroom, while store was organized clean and stocked with items. Staff eager to help. Parking lot stocked clean and ready for what you might need. Bravo depot. Would return.

It was a very good experience.
I took several locks back that I didn't need, bought a couple of nice house plants and had some paint mixed for one of my projects.
Oh, I also ran into some friends shopping for appliances.
All in all a good visit.
Home Depot usually has what I need and then some.
I sure wish they would open a store in my town.

My experience at this location was the best! Khia and Angela was Amazing! They deserve a raise and a bonus! They are Super friendly, helpful, knowledable about the products, and was super fast! This store is so clean and neat! I've never had a problem! I'm always greeted when I enter and when i leave the store! All of their associates are very helpful and friendly! I haven't had any issues so far! Thank you for the best shopping experience ever!

Workers, that l came in contact with, were all very helpful and courteous. The flower garden is well cared for and cafefully placed! The flowers are beautiful. The prices are reasonable , compared to other flower gardens, in and out of the surrounding Cities...

The gentleman in plumbing was terrific. I went in not really knowing what I needed for my leaking main water line. I walked out feeling much better about my upcoming repair. Thank you sir for your excellent and knowledgeable help.

Went into the store for a pickup order and was promptly assisted by a friendly staff member. Assistance was available to help load the order into the trailer.

Very friendly staff, greeted me when l walked in. I had helper to help me pick out under cabinet lights. I supper nice funny guy help me self check out!! Whish l just had time to look around more! But l will be back!! Soon!!!

It has given me many good deals & learning experiences. As an ex-employee, I have enjoyed this and many other stores as I work in my homes & yards. This company picks & sells the best and I only wish I could work there again.

Friendly helpful staff, great location, easy in and out especially in the contractors loading area. I know all Home Depots are good but we definitely have a great store in El Dorado!

The place to go to get your remodeling supplies and more at an excellent price. The employees are very helpful and the cashier's very polite.

The good reviews on here are from Home Depot Employees. This is a poorly ran store with the majority of employees who will NOT help you. Why would anyone buy an appliance here? I'll keep my Local money Local and buy from Searshometown.

Associates are nice & helpful. Monday & Tuesday is a good time to go if you want to browse a lot. Love shopping here. I always have a pleasant shopping experience.

A really awesome place to shop. Managers really care for their customers and every department is well organized and always has a worker somewhere close to answer any questions.

Went miter saw shopping in Eldorado AR and couldn't find the one I was looking for after internet showed 2 were in stock but ended up finding a better one on sale even $40 off. $179 for a single bevel 10 in. Ryobi miter saw with LED. There wasn't one display but an HD employee was glad to help who opened the box, took it out and showed it to me since it didn't say it beveled and I wanted to make sure. Got my saw for great price, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable HD employees. Thanks!
