Had the best, sweet, fast check out and sack the groceries by herself. She had 3 customers rung up before those self check out . Which l will never use.

The store is very clean and well stocked. I love the self checkout, because I can get out quickly and I get to bag the items the way I want.

They’re carry out (baggers) people help with taking them to my vehicle and return the shopping cart for me.

This is a nice little store for El Dorado, and not as overwhelming as Walmart.

The staff was amazing!!! We shopped here for the first time and we're not locals, but we certainly were treated as so. Our cashier was very professional and friendly, and even the baggers were very friendly. The store was clean and items could very easily be found. We felt all of the feelings of southern comfort and can't wait to come back to this store again when we're in town.

I have been shopping at this same exact store for over 20 years... My mom shopped here as well... I love the staff and they usually keep the store stocked! The customer service is great as well... The bathroom is always clean! Great place to fill your grocery needs!

This's one of the best places to shop at! Theirs Employees make you feel like you're the best Customer(s), that walks through theirs Doors. They'll knowledge you, at the Doors, and they've the most efficient People's, that don't mind's helping me/you! If I could, I'd love ❤ given this Grocery Store, a 10 +, in my opinions....!

Whats not to love!! Theres ALWAYS a sale. They are so sweet and helpful. I don’t have to check myself out or bag my own groceries, which they load in my car for me then I get at least 10c per gallon off on my gas there.

I Always shop @ this store 4 my meats, bcuz they r the best grocery store 4 meats. The prices r way 2 high, thats why I shop @ Macs 1st then run in2 Brookshires real quick. Luv the people who work there. They always help when I ask, & the other stores like Wal-Mart r terrible. Just lazy workers, & rude

Just overall quality without Walmart's hype and personal asset specialist following the stink eye around every corner it's not just me the customer service department sucks or Walmart leave something to desired in every aspect literally nothing about walmart store is okay here. Brookshire's has the service quality cleanliness that I admire

Good quality food here and good restrooms. I suspect they are short staffed because of the pandemic. Service was a little sparse this visit. Usually it's great.
