I've been going go this Ace Hardware for a few years, a lot. And you will not find nicer folks that work there. They are happy to help with anything you need. It's always a great shopping experience here.

This Ace is wonderful! Staff are super knowledgeable, flexible and supportive. Inventory is great - lots of stuff I wish we had in Hawaiʻi! I was building a complex dorm structure, starting with not tools (or plan lol) and the staff here had my back the whole way (project came out great by the way, and even my extremely skeptical son [“WHATʻs that drill for, mom?!”] was stoked!!). Lisa is especially great - she is one of those hardware expert aunties who just knows the answer to everything, where everything is, and how to do just about anything with anything, even when everyone on the outside thinks youʻre just nuts, lol. This store is my new home base in Forest Grove!!

Incredible variety of anything you can want from oddball springs to huge snap rings to light switches. Excellent staff and prices!

Ken helped me get setup with pressure washing hose & gun with all the fittings. Very knowledgeable and helpful- thank you!

Has what I need in specialties typically not carried at the big box hardware stores. Excellent experience each time many years now. Perfect review earned.

What more do I say? Great place to get what you need and rare finds other stores are out of happens here all the time for me. Prices are unusually good for most stuff. Staff is always happy and helpful to a fault!!

Ace has done and amazing job at the Forest Grove location. Best service, assortment, and prices are competitive They offer everything other box stores don'r.

Been to this place many times with lots positive experiences. Good customer service. Today I brought a brand new lock in with the key stuck inside. They unstuck the key for free and recommended a better quality lock.

Extremely helpful staff! Prices are reasonable and well stocked with just about everything. I shop there more than I ever have because I'm not worn out from frustration!

The attendant here was great! I went to Home Depot and Lowes to try and attach a portable dishwasher but was told to go to a plumber. At Ace, the guy helped me rig together several parts so it would fit.

The Ace website said the Forest Grove store was the only store in the area with the Ohio Stoneware crock set I wanted. And at a cheaper price than the online bookstore selling everything under the sun. I got to the store and couldn’t find it. Asked an associate who looked high and low. He had someone else look it up in inventory. He started looking. In the meantime, my wife who was also looking was asked by another associate if he could help her. They found the boxed set in back after a long search. During the wait, my wife was again asked if she needed help. LOL. When I went to pay, it rang up for more than I expected from the website. But never fear the manager came by and fixed the price. I can’t believe all the helpful, attentive people that we encountered. I probably will still shop my local Ace Hardware, but this store definitely has a lot going for it with its good selection and helpful people.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store has a great inventory. Special orders are easy and quick. I would 100% rather shop here than any of the big box hardware stores, it's just an easier and better experience.

Great store. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for help with a plumbing issue and one of the guys walked me through how to fix it.

Came in to match an old rusty bolt for a project at home. A gentleman came up and asked if I needed help and I told him I was looking to match the bolt. In a moments notice he was retrieving the correct bolt length, size and thread courseness. Amazing service, every time I come in. You've got a fantastic team! Thanks for saving me a lifetime of searching!

This is got to be one of the best Ace hardwares anywhere. I've never seen A better stocked one for sure. There are always plenty of employees to help and they are very knowledgeable. You will probably pay a little more than the Box stores but you are supporting a local owner and The helpful customer service makes it well worth it

They have such helpful help! Those folks know where everything is and it's a small store so you never have to walk half a mile to get what you need.

Excellent people! Every time i come in there they all are very helpful and real close to my house! Lisa and Mark do a great job on supplying the store with things i need! Its nice to see lisa with her pretty smile!

Ive never had a bad experience with ace hardware. Especially at the Forest Grove store. Except for today. Mondays i guess they have only one manager available to sign off on returns. Also there was only one cashier working with 7 folks in line waiting waiting waiting and waiting. While in line i mentioned to one of the salespeople they should get another cashier up there like they normally do. They did and during my turn i got snubbed by the manager and he never did come up to sign off on my return. So the checker did it anyways
Very annoying. But i guess you don't always get what you want. Hope the stones don't mind me using there phase.🙂

Sadly, my cargo trike was throwing bolts on the way to the doctors office. I needed 3 special sized bolts, and with the help of the staff/crew they got me squared right up, even showed concern that the replacement wasn't a Philips head. Made the purchase and got the repair done when I got home, good as new all thanks going to them!
