Number 1 running store in the country right now and I see why! The staff were very helpful. Store is super clean and things were easy to find. You don’t find great customer service like this anymore in retail (and I know, I was in retail for over a decade!)

The owner Mike is very nice and excited to help all who are interested in running and the store manager James was great too!

If you’re ever in town for a race or just visiting, definitely worth a visit!

The choice of the right running shoe can be daunting. So many colors and names. Rush Running has the technology to analyze your running and walking gait. With this information they are able to knock out all the noise and offer the correct style of shoes for your feet! Sophie was an excellent associate who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Outstanding customer service. As we worked through the shoe options, it was between two different shoes. I couldn’t decide so I got both! Highly recommend this shop if you are wanting to get the right pair of shoes for your running.

It is important to me to shop local. I love this store and am so appreciative of their staff! We get all our running/athletic shoes here. They take time with my kids, find shoes that they love, but also make sure they have the right fit and support. They have a great selection of socks. My boyfriend only wears Balega. They make great stocking stuffers! Our last trip, I picked up one of their t-shirts. The material is super soft and comfy. I have had several people comment on it when I've worn it. I saved the best for last...The Prices! When I've compared the shoes I've bought here with other retail or online stores, the price I paid has always been less.

Great place!! Clean and professional. Awesome service!!! Not to be judgey but when the young man came to help us I thought oh great he won’t know much! But I was so wrong! He was very knowledgeable about everything. I walked on the treadmill for them to analyze how I walked/run .. than he explained and showed us the analysis. Brought out a few choices was super patient, and even tied my shoes 😆 and I totally love my shoes! I had some ankle pay while running in my old shoes not anymore! May be a little pricey but well worth it!! Will definitely return!!!!

Incredible experience on my first visit. I decided to stop in on a whim because I wanted to make sure I'd been purchasing the correct size for a specific brand. The employee offered a complementary assessment and let me try on a variety of shoes. Her suggestion completely changed my mind about the pair of shoes I was prepared to purchase. They've won my business for life.

Started running again in February to both lose weight and start a healthier lifestyle overall. Wouldn't ever classify myself as a runner (too slow, not long enough distances, too fat) and so wouldn't ever expect to be anything other than intimidated by a specialist running shop. My wife encouraged me about coming in to check gait and find a pair of shoes to support the miles I was doing. I resisted but eventually went in and was blown away. Despite my fear, I was encouraged, treated like a valued customer and invited to future events. Thrilled I went in and got over that psychological barrier. Used the shoes the day after my visit and did my second half marathon length and improved times to set PRs for sub distances along with the half marathon time being my PR (out of 2). Prices are competitive with ordering direct online from manufacturers but the staff took almost an hour to talk and ascertain the right shoe. Will be returning as I wear out this pair and for other needs. Can't praise them enough.

Always a pleasure to shop at Rush. Fantastic customer service - super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable! There's a great variety of shoes, gear, and apparel. Plus, it feels good shopping & supporting a local business that is so involved and dedicated to our community.

I came here after my local running store didn’t have the shoes I was looking for. Tonya was super personable, funny, and knowledgeable. She brought me four pairs for me to try on based on preferences and she nailed it with the Altra Timps. I adore these new shoes almost as much as I adore Rush Running and Tonya!

If your going to buy running shoes in Bentonville, Arkansas, go here. There is no better store around. Great selection, staff is extremely helpful, attentive to your needs and they go above and beyond.

They analyzed my stride while running, helped me pick the correct shoe for my arch/stride and I even got to get the exact color I wanted!!! ( something next to impossible when you wear a size 14)

Went to Rush Running because my boyfriend highly recommended it. Chris got me on a treadmill, analyzed my gait, and extrapolated the data to find the best shoes for me.
Went on a four mile hike to break in the shoes.

Grace was wonderful from beginning to end, and she even made an effort to get the support I needed in my favorite color. Best services I’ve had in a shoe store in a long time.

Very glad I went! I knew very little about running, but a sales rep took the time to do a step analysis on the tredmi, provide about 5 different shoes that matched what I needed, and explained in detail what each shoe had to offer. The service was top-notch and their selection (of shoes and accessories) was extensive. Will be going back!
