Issac did a great job documenting the hail damage we had and walked us through every step of the process from beginning to end. He was extremely helpful and made everything easy. The crew that showed up and did the install were on time and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Midcon to anyone needing a new roof.

World Class customer service from Blake S; he really went above and beyond from the inspection to the end of the installation process. One thing that really stood up for me from all the other roofing companies that quoted me was that he really took the time to inspect my roof instead of just telling me a dollar amount. The fact that he provided me with a video inspection of where all the damage was and then provided me with solutions with material(s) that could save me more money in the long run! Midcon Exteriors came to my house to bid the job and spent over an hour on my roof taking pictures and documenting my hail damage, which included the roof, gutters, and window screens. This was before they knew they would get the job!

Midcon helped get insurance to reconsider my claim when they denied it the first time. They also filed an addendum to cover things the insurance missed.

What I liked best is that Connor at Midcon would call or text me and keep me informed on where everything was in the process, any delays (working around the heat index) any changes, they had very good communication.

The south side of the house needed siding replaced and Midcon didn’t have a team that could do it when I needed it done so he made a recommendation of another company and they also did an excellent job and at a fair price.

The roofing shingles I went with were an upgrade from what I had previously and are great because I will get a break on my insurance rates, they also have a very good warranty!

Midcon walked me thru the options of shingles, grades, and color choices. They were not high pressure and did a fantastic job. They were great to work with and I would use them again!

Great company, great service! Working with Midcon was a terrific experience from the beginning to the end. They walked me through each part of the process making sure I understood what was going on at all times. I’m very appreciative of them being able to work around my schedule, as I had an overwhelming amount of medical visits with the VA hospital that couldn’t be changed. Professional, friendly, fast and trustworthy. I called as soon as ice started to melt and we noticed a leak in our bedroom. We looked up reviews first and knew, MidCon Exteriors was the team to trust. Connor answered and even though they were super busy, ask to give him 30 minutes and he'd have a team member call to set up an appointment. Not 30 minutes later, Caleb called and said he could be out THAT DAY and within an hour! Caleb was great! Noticed our metal roof had lifted a little and was allowing water in. He made sure everything was tightened back down and all fixed up. From start to finish this experience has been amazing. I will call no one else, MidCon will be our roofing experts.
