The Lodge At Elm Springs

Debbie and Tim are the perfect hosts. They made us feel quite at home with wonderful touches; lovely desserts, teas and coffees, soft linens and lets not forget the homemade breakfast each day! I had my first taste of Chocolate gravy and need to get the recipe.

Their home is both beautiful and relaxing. And they are both conscientious and were always looking for ways to make our stay more enjoyable. I will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend the Lodge at Elms Springs to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful place to stay.

The Lodge at Elm Springs is a great place to stay! Upon arrival Tim and Debbie make you feel at home! They cook and serve wonderful desserts and breakfasts each day! We were able to reconnect with old friends over the weekend! We talked, laughed, and relaxed at the table, den, and upstairs loft! Our room was very comfortable, lacking for nothing! I enjoyed drinking my coffee on the private balcony! We are so glad we were able to stay at The Lodge at Elm Springs! We will be back!!

The Lodge at Elm Springs is by far the best bed and breakfast I've ever stayed at! The Lodge is an absolutely gorgeous log cabin that is spacious, homey, bright, and immaculately kept! The room we started in was a nicely sized room with high vaulted ceilings, and a private deck, which was a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee early in the morning. Just outside our room was a nicely appointed coffee bar that we had access to anytime we wanted.

The breakfast were absolutely delicious and the owners Tim and Debbie were fabulous people that we felt very lucky to have met!

I could go on and on with more and more reasons why this place is absolutely fantastic, but just trust me you want to stay here! My wife and I cannot wait to go back.

What an incredible Lodge! The rooms are very comfortable and spacious while being decorated with a homey feel. There is plenty of space to find somewhere if you want some quiet time or common areas big enough for a group to get together. The food was way more then expected! The breakfasts had plenty of food cooked with love and the afternoon snacks hit the spot. Tim and Debbie are great hosts and make you feel at home. The prices are better than most hotels in the area, stay here, eat great, and be comfy. Can't wait until I can find a reason to go back and stay in this beautiful Lodge, but more importantly would be spending time with Tim and Debbie.

The Lodge at Elm Springs was the perfect location for our busy weekend. We were so close to everywhere we needed to go. Being back at the Lodge provided a comfortable setting to relax and enjoy being together.

For our large family, we rented every room and they were able to accommodate us so well, even my mother that walks with a walker. The fully stocked kitchen downstairs was so handy for the food preparation for the party we hosted at our venue.

Debbie also did a great job recommending and making our dinner reservations for our large party.

Debbie and Tim, thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality shown to our family while we were celebrating our daughter’s graduation.

There was a small group of us who met at The Lodge in Elm Springs for a Cousin's Reunion. The Lodge was a perfect place for this. We had a room on the main level, but also the two rooms in the downstairs area, ensuring us a private place to gather and visit. We had such a wonderful welcome from Tim and Debbie, who made us feel so welcomed and at home. They knew the perfect blend of hosting and then retiring to their quarters so that they were not intruding on our visit. We enjoyed the indoors as well as the outdoors. Wonderful meals were prepared and served for our breakfast, and snacks were great too. Great attention to detail!

It is a beautiful home, a serene and lovely setting, and time passed much too quickly for us. We were not quite ready to go when our time was up. It was decided that we should return for another visit in the future.

Quick weekend trip in February to visit my Razorback daughter. Had been wanting to try the Lodge. Everything exceeded our expectations - Tim and Debbie are wonderful hosts and thought of so many little touches to make our stay exceptional. Debbie is an awesome cook and breakfast was to die for! Well-appointed, LARGE rooms, multiple sitting areas to relax and curl up in front of a fireplace with a good book or watch a movie from their large DVD collection. Relaxed atmosphere and an easy, 15- minute straight shot to the University of Arkansas. The Lodge at Elm Springs is a true gem!

The Lodge at Elm Springs was the perfect location for our family getaway. Tranquil location with rolling hills and fields but still within minutes of town. Tim and Debbie provided great meals and a relaxing experience. Modern log home with an expansive great room and multiple levels. Walk-around porch was perfect for afternoon chill time. Opportunities for nature walks (and runs) along with birdwatching and ponds. Home designed around spending time with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Debbie and Tim are perfect B&B hosts! My friend was reluctant to stay at a bed and breakfast; however, after two nights’ lodging with our exceptional hosts, he can’t wait to go back! Tasty breakfasts, personal well-stocked coffee bar and just a wonderful experience made some awesome memories for us! HIGHLY recommend this beautiful secluded Log Home Lodge!

Words won’t describe it well enough. It’s an experience full of peace, calm, comfort, and great food and relaxation. Our accommodations were more than expected for a lodge. The charming decor, spectacular logs, and comfortable beds with beautiful bedding won’t disappoint you. The entire lodge was spotless but the best part is Tim and Debbie. They will be there for you for as much or as little as you like and you will feel as if the lodge belongs to you during your stay. Both large porches allow for nature viewing from your seat while drinking coffee and even stunning views of the moon. We will definitely go back each time we are in the area. It’s definitely more for your money and a new favorite.

My husband and I attended a retreat here with several other couples and it was heavenly! Tim and Debbie have an unmistakable gift for hospitality. The lodge is decorated in a warm and welcoming way. The food was out of this world good. We felt very relaxed and at home. Would highly recommend!

What a wonderful place! The setting is beautiful--in the country surrounded by trees. The house is FABULOUS!! Such a beautiful home, great accommodations and the owners are so warm, friendly and wonderful! The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a B&B. Oh my it was a such a great stay. I think we were in the Sycamore room which was very nice and we especially liked the balcony that overlooked the woods. It was great having our morning coffee out there. The only negative and it is very minor but something to be aware of, the bathroom for this room is right outside the room, only a few steps, but if anyone is downstairs or out in the hallway you might run into someone while going into the bath.

We celebrated our 27th anniversary by spending a couple of nights at the Lodge at Elm Springs. It was a wonderful couple of days. Our room was perfect, very clean and super comfortable bed. We stayed in the Sycamore Room which was perfect for us. Tim and Debbie were excellent hosts! We thouroghly enjoyed visiting with them as well as all the delicious food they cooked for us, especially the Chocolate Pie and Butterscotch Coffee Cake. We will definitely go back!

Your stay at the Lodge at Elm Springs is sure to be one you will remember fondly and want to repeat. The Howards are genuinely warm and welcoming. They are interested in, and skilled at ensuring that your personal expectations are met. If you want to talk or laugh with someone, Debbie is your girl. If you prefer peace and tranquility, that's what you'll experience. Do try this property if you are visiting Northwest Arkansas. You'll be treated like family, and want to return.

We LOVED our experience at The Lodge! Tim and Debbie are wonderful hosts and a delight to work with. My wife and I led a couples retreat there and it was the perfect environment of rest, great food and fun. We will definitely be going back! If you are in NWA you will be blessed to meet the Howards and stay at this beautiful and peaceful place!

WOW! We cannot say enough about our wonderful experience at The Lodge. Debbie and Tim are truly the host and hostess with the mostest!! They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. Their beautiful home is an oasis of peace and relaxation. The Lodge is the best BnB we have stayed at! Oh, and be prepared to start your day with the best breakfast imaginable. Did I mention the evening desert? Skillet apple pie to die for others just as good.

Spent two nights at this beautiful lodge in NW Arkansas. What an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable experience. My family and I WILL be coming back for another visit. Tim and Debbie are wonderful hosts and we cannot wait to book another weekend. If you are looking for a place to unwind, relax, reconnect... you really need to consider The Lodge and Elm Springs.

If you want a quiet, secluded, cozy space, you need to check into The Lodge B&B at Elm Springs, AR. The owners are so warm, accommodating and hospitable. There is plenty of room for large groups or small spaces for a couple. The food is great and you are made to feel at home as soon as you walk through the door. Tim and Debbie made our stay special in every way possible.

My husband and I recently spent the weekend at The Lodge. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was quiet and peaceful but in 15-20 minutes we could be in Fayetteville, Rogers or Bentonville. You couldn't ask for better host than Tim and Debbie not to mention she is an excellent cook. Breakfast was delicious and the afternoon dessert was a nice surprise. True Southern Hospitality!

What an experience! The hospitality was superb. We found a place that surpassed every expectation. From the most amazing freshly prepared breakfast and daily deserts/treats to the most down to earth Host and Hostess conversations, Tim and Debbie run a very relaxing/ upscale business. Their selflessness shows in endless ways and the environment of the B&B is peaceful and serene to say the least. Not a detail is missed in this 5 star getaway. We’d highly recommend, what we’d call the best B&B experience we’ve ever had. You’d pay double or more anywhere else and still wouldn’t get the amenities!
